I'm a student here at Santa Monica College. I love to travel and l love hosting for Airbnb!
My boyfriend and I stayed at Emmanuel's for 6 nights. His place looks similar to the photos. The bed was big enough for the two of us and it was a good sized bedroom with a bathroom next door. We really liked the neighbourhood and location, 5 minute walk to supermarket and bus stop. Emmanuel and his girlfriend were friendly and helpful. Very good price for what you get - thanks Emmanuel!
Emmanuel is really nice, my friend and I really liked the place.
The place looks exactly like the pictures, the room was very bright and we had 2 separate beds wich was great.
We had a great time.
we (email hidden) it we were satisfied. Emmanuel is cool person and we are like we were there. Emmanuel sorry about that table, if u come to Slovakia u can destroy what u want :D Finally we cancelled airticket to be here two months more so maybe we see each other again. take care and thank u! we miss your lovely cat so say hello from us to her!
Emmanuel is very welcoming & easy-going. He was very nice to give me some supplies that i forgot to bring! His place is comfortable, but could be cleaner. The neighborhood is quiet at night, but some street noise in the morning.
We stayed at Emmanuel's for about 10 days and it was great. You could not ask for a better affordable accomodation in LA. The location is great, the beach (Santa Monica and Venice) is about 20 min by bus, the apartment is located very close to Westwood Village(which has great shopping), too. Only getting to Hollywood and the Hills/Trails (like Runyon Canyon/Griffith Park) may take you a little while, however bus connections are really great. You can make your own meals in the kitchen which we found very practical, because after a long day of exploring LA, sometimes you do not have the energy to go out and eat anymore. The grocery store is right by the bus stop, so if you are traveling without a car, don't worry, it is all right there.
We did enjoy our stay very much ! Emmanuel is really friendly, but we did not see him much since we were out all day mostly. I think his place is really clean and a much better option than an expensive but crappy youth hostel. It is true that the actual bed is too small for two people. I stayed at Emmanuel's with my friend so she just took the bunk bed, so not a problem at all to stay there with two people.
Staying in Little piece of heaven in West LA was really fantastic. Not only the accommodations but also the city. The place is convenient to everything: supermarkets, shops, restaurants, parks, freeways, Santa Monica beach and more. Emmanuel is (email hidden), a great person, friendly and what is required, it is always there to help you.
Emmanuel (email hidden), friendly and helpful. He has some really good mags about LA decked about the place so if you need any info or ideas on what to do you won't be clueless. I really like the aquarium and lamp in the kitchen. Room was spacious and cable supplied. Good WIFI connection =) Only slight hindrance was the bed may be a little small for 2 sleepers, but there's a bunk bed thats bigger in the same room. His apt is in a good location., great to cycle to Sant Mon Pier or Venice beach if you got a bike. Supermarkets on both ends of the street and also a very adorable kitty to keep the solo traveller company.
Good location, basic equipment except for huge TV, friendly host, could be cleaner
The bed was small for two people and it wasn't as clean as it looks in the photos but emmanuel (email hidden)
The apartment is great, cozy and clean. We really loved it. It's not far from Santa Monica beach, Beverly Hills and other cool places. Also it's very easy to get this place from LAX. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and just cool. Emmanuel is helpful, really accommodating and super nice. It was like home for us!!!We definitely will ask him again to stay at his app if we come back to LA someday. Everything in app is the same as pictured. Even cat)) Big thanks to Emmanuel!
