Niko Was great, fast response and easy to work with. Since he left the same day as us, we picked up the key from his colleague at work. Very smooth. Stayed 5 days, husband/ wife. The studio is slightly grubby, and could use a proper bed. Ambient street noise is high. there is no proper kitchen, only fridge and microwave. but this is as stated by (website hidden) TV or phone, but great wifi. The area is central, indian and japanese restaurants just next door, and about 1 block to nearest subway entrance at grand central. All in all, we got what was advertised. recommend it especially for singles, young couples and if you have business midtown.
As I understand it, you are only going to be able to rent when Niko is traveling, so the apartment isn't available that often. Thanks Niko
Very convenient location for the busy professional. If it were any closer to Grand Central you would be on the train tracks! Nikos was a very cool and hospitable person, however he was a complete newbie to sublets. There were no clean linens available at all and the only bed was a mattress on the floor (pictures accurate).
Despite these issues the stay was enjoyable and everything else was clean. No TV or Internet within the apartment but free Internet was available from nearby Noodle House.
Recommend to the minimalists out there looking for a convenient location at a great price. Not really suitable for a couple or family. Mentioned my complaints to Nikos and all future renters should see some improvements.
