I am a journalist and I live in London.
Staying at Natalie's flat has been great. The flat is kept to a very high standard. The kitchen, bathroom, living-spaces and rooms are all pristine. The location is great too, and on that rare occasion when the sun decides to shine, the flat's big windows are perfectly positioned to let the rays shine through.
Natalie was also very efficient and responsive when responding to messages.
I had a great trip. Natalie was really accommodating, and very relaxed in letting me stay in her lovely flat. The location was hard to beat - I was a short walk from where I was taking a course, and could pick up a coffee in the morning from one of tonnes of coffee shops en route. My first AirBnB experience, and definitely not my last!
Me and my husband Rodrigo had a wonderful stay with Natalie in a stunning location of Shoreditch. You'd easily fall in love with the place and the neighbourhood, with a very good connections to the overground (a few min) and to the Liverpool Street St. as well as Old Street (about 12 min each). The shared flat is modern, clean and spacious, and Natalie is extremely open and helpful in either of min. two languages she speaks (English&Spanish). We met great people there, some of them've become friends and we'd definitely recommend it to those who want to spend a lovely time in the heart of London, 10min walking distance from the City!
Location was great with access to three tube lines within walking distance. Apartment was clean and roomy. And Natalie was very attentive and accommodating.
Beautiful, spacious apartment in a fabulous location - really does look like the pictures, only bigger! I stayed here for a month after moving to London while starting a new job and house-hunting for something more permanent and it felt like home away from home after the first night. Natalie was away until the last few days but her friend Naomi who looked after the place in her absence was wonderful, and the other AirBnB guests coming in and out of the other room throughout the month were all friendly, respectful and kind. Highly recommend!
Really great room in a neat Shoreditch apartment. I didn't meet Natalie, as she was away, but her friend Naomi who was housesitting was lovely, and a great host. The place is great, and in a great location.
Natalie and Edson were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. They have a lovely apartment: bright, colourful, cosy and with a great bed and shower. The neighbourhood is amazing, but can be a bit noisy at night (I suggest earplugs). It is close to Liverpool Street Station, Brick Lane, Spitalfields Market and a lot of bars and restaurants.
Wonderful hosts, adorable apartment, and a fantastic location! I was in London to take some exams and Natalie and Edson where such pleasant hosts it made for a very stress free setting. Quiet, helpful, and even cheered me on through my studying and tests. Highly recommended stay!
Natalie and her husband Edson are great hosts. They are both outgoing and nice people. They're very helpful and gave us some great tips! We enjoyed chatting with them and would definitely recommend staying at their place.
The appartment is easy to reach by bus (24hours) or underground trains and is located in a trendy and lively neighbourhood. The walls are thin so you might consider bringing earplugs.
It felt like staying with friends, which for us is what airbnb is about.
Natalie and Edson's place is a great base to discover East London! Which is exactly what I wanted to do. Great welcome. Great bed. Great shower. Didn't get up early enough to enjoy breakfast.
It's a ten minute walk to the nearest metro stops (Liverpool Street or Old Street), but there are busses (the 8, the 55) taking you day and night towards the other parts of London.
It was great to meet Natalie and Edson. They were wonderful guests! Hope to visit them in London some day!!
Natalie and her family are amazing guests.
I honestly recommend them to all hosts.
Natalie was respectful during her stay and was very kind. She left the place the way it was given to her, which I appreciate. I would love to host her again anytime!
