Starting saying that everybody read the rules applied by the owner, when booking an apartment online (independently from the website)...but not Deise and her (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN).
I have explained to her the rules also by email a lot before their arrival, so I asked in advance to her the arrival time and she told 5pm (they took a car); then one day before she said me that the group should arrive at (URL HIDDEN) problem.
At the arrival day she sent me an e-mail where she said that they are in late and they would be arrived at 9pm...ok!
I waited for them until 12pm more or less, so they are arrived at my flat. Ô_Ô'
I would like to remember that my contact number is included in the confirmation of the reservation, but they called me only at their arrival time and not before, because of their mobile numbers didn't worked (3 mobiles!)
I could apply the extra fee for arrivals after 10pm, but I didn't made...arranging a discount.
I also helped them at the Easter day, arranging (for free) a late check-out after their request.
No complaints I have regarding their stay, but I hotly advice all the owners to pay attention to these (URL HIDDEN) particular because of their mind changings and the not good communications i had with them.
