Not sure where you got the hot tub from? As we don't mention that anywhere. Perhaps confusing us with another property you were looking at, or reading about our Lake Rotoiti property. Reception have an owners code to give all our guests for unlimited free wi-fi. Shame you didn't let us or reception know as it appears that whoever gave you your keys overlooked this. We have now highlighted in our arrival notes to ask for the special code. it is not practical for us to type the code on the arrival notes as it is assigned only on check in day. Sorry that the apartment did not meet your expectations. If the bedding requirements at the time of requesting a booking were stated we would not have confirmed the booking. We have one King bedroom, one twin bedroom with King singles, and the third bedroom with two singles was locked as you only had two people booked in. Two double beds are not listed on the website, On check in day you thought you were staying at another location, so perhaps a bit of confusion on which property you had booked...and if the documents that we sent had been read prior to arrival it may have been helpful to you. Thank you for leaving the apartment tidy. Shame that you had noise, but at least the All Blacks won the Rugby World Cup! We did speak to the people upstairs and they were very apologetic as they had not realized they were making any noise, but of course this was too late for you.
