Hallo! Ich würde mich freuen durch AirBnB viele nette Gäste aus aller Welt bei mir begrüßen zu dürfen!
We had a very pleasant stay at Sabines appartement. It was very cosy with a lot of light in a great neighborhood.
Sabine's apartment was spacious, very close to all the bars and restaurants around Oranienstraße but also nice & quiet. Although we didn't meet her, she was very helpful and did whatever she could to make our visit to Berlin easy.
Would definitely stay here again given the chance.
I've been there with my girlfriend and we had a great stay! We would give FIVE STARS for the LOCTAION!, Good restaurants (Kebab, sushi, french cooking...), nice bars, supermaket and at 2 minutes there is the underground!
We didnt meet Sabine but it was easy to find the key and the flat! We liked also listening music on the vynil and connect our computer to the speaker!!
the things we liked less:
1) When we were there it was difficult to get internet. (it may be a problem who happened just those days)
2) The morning you have the sun in your face at 0730, the flat doesn t have shutter (like a lot of flat in Berlin maybe)
3) the bed was ok
To conclude, We would recommend it!!
I absolutely loved staying in Sabine's apartment, it has a great energy. Plenty of restaurants and nightlife around and close to transport. The apartment has everything you need and is quite spacious. The only problem I had was I could rarely connect to the WIFI and when I did it didn't really work. Other than that it was perfect and I highly recommend it!
Sabine was helpful with directions and suggestions.
I'd recommend Sabine's flat to anyone looking for a centrally located homey but clean place with easy access to public transportation, cinemas, bars and good restaurants.Sabine even threw in her own suggestions in the mix, which were definitely useful. As she recommended, it is best to look into (website hidden) Maps for the exact location. While is it very close to the subway station, it may not be obvious at first.
Nice apartment in a very cool neighborhood. We enjoyed staying in Sabine's apartment. It's bright, spacious and with all of Sabina's records, books, posters, etc. it feels like visiting a good old friend more than visiting a hotel.
Sabine was really helpuful about how to reach the place, what to do, to see and other useful infos about berlin.
The home was very comfortable and clean.
From our very italian point of view :P we haven't felt totally comfy with the kitchen: when we travel, sometimes we love to cook at home, but it's not totally possible if the kitchen is not very equipped.
However, we are satisfied!!! :) We'd suggest this place!
Even though we did not meet, Sabine managed to make me feel totally at home. She left me breakfast and fresh juice and was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was tidy and in a fantastic location. Would definitely book again.
Nice and quiet place in a crazy area!
We had a great time at Sabine's apt. As you can see in the pictures it is a very cosy, sunny apt. It has lots of character and it is also very peaceful and quiet in spite of the fact that it is right in the centre of a very vibrant neighbourhood full of restaurants, shops, cafés, parks, markets,,. There's so much to in this neighbourhood that it would we tempting to stay just in the Kotbusser area for a week. The first night we went to an Italian restaurant next door, another night we went to the cinema a few houses further in the street. On Sunday we went to a flea market in a garden one block away, We went for breakfast with a view at Engelbecken 5 minutes away, And so on... Sabine is a very sweet, warm personality although I have never met her I can say this not in the least because she welcomed us with a selfmade strawberry jam and she even gave away some clothes to me. She was always very responsive and friendly. We would love to return one day. Highly recommended!
