I was a bit surprised to see the feedback to me personally left on the public page, rather than leaving that for the personal correspondence, which is really the point of that system.
Regarding the bathroom, I believe all those things is available on the listing, both in description and photos as you book. I don't believe it is relevant to leave that on the public page, but that is of course up to you. But is does come off as if I was trying to give you a wrong impression in the description of the apartment. This goes for the freezer as well.
Regarding the bedding, we have been previously asked not to put it on the beds, so we started leaving it off. This way people were sure it was fresh and clean and so on. And since it's not a hotel, but an apartment that you rent, these are some of the details that are sometimes difficult to get just right, because anticipations and preferences are so varying from guest to guest.
