I was completely devastated to read your review. I only wish you could have told me during your stay so I could have done something about it. During my 2 years of hosting and over 20 excellent reviews I have never received such critique.
In regards to cleaning I apologize if you didn't find it met your expectations, but I can assure you the bedding is of course washed properly. I agree it is unacceptable if a glass isn't clean and should never happen, but If you would have informed me that your experience was as unpleasant as described in your review, I wouldn't have hesitated to let the cleaning service come again and clean right away while you were still in the apartment. Additionally, I would happily have brought you more towels and a kitchen plug if you had asked me for it.
As you are quite new to Airbnb, I would urge you to keep in good contact with your future hosts if anything is not to your satisfaction during your stay. This is a lovely community built on mutual respect, but it also requires that guests inform the host if any problem were to occur.
Again, I am terribly sorry that your experience in the apartment was disappointing and I will take your feedback into careful consideration for future hosting even though I would have loved to make up for it if you had only mentioned it during your stay.
