I hosted Tatyana and she was an excellent guest, very considerate and polite and nice in every way. She's welcome back anytime.
Nicole made this reservation was for Vitaly, an employee at her San Jose based company. There was some slight miscommunication prior to Vitaly's arrival due to a delay of his flight - I recommend that Nicole communicates any changes / delays more promptly in the future. Same goes for house rules - I don't think Vitaly had a good sense of that since he was not the one who booked the place.
Vitaly was a really nice and friendly guest from Russia, kind of quiet and preferred to spend most of his time in his room. The second night of his stay we all had dinner together and really enjoyed his company. He is definitely welcome to stay with us in the future as well as recommended to other airbnb hosts, but I would suggest that he books directly so the communication is more efficient.
Nicole booked our place for one of her co-workers. She kept a great line of open communication and was sure to forward along everything we requested about the guest. Normally, I'm usually skeptical to work with others who are not themselves the person staying at our place. However, Nicole was easy to work with and I would definitely work with her again! Five stars, easily.
Nicole booked my place for one of her company's employees, Olga who was a very nice, smart, well mannered and trustworthy guest. I would highly recommend Nicole's referrals, associates, guests without hesitation. First class all the way!
Nicole was perfect guest. She arrived just when she said she would, she was really pleasant and friendly to talk with. She was respectful, clean, self-sufficient, and in every way very good guest. I would highly recommend her as guests, and I would love to host her again any time!
Nick Rassadin was the guest and followed all the rules. He is a nice guy, jjust make sure to clearly spell out all your rules in email and in person.
