Its always challenging attempting to adequately convey the most desirable introduction via email to a complete stranger, but here goes....My name is Jeff Thomas, I am currently in the 4th year of a 5 medical program at Bastyr University. With that being said, between studying, additional University involvements, working out, and socializing with friends, you could say I'm fairly busy.
When I'm not running around, I have a passion for cooking, stimulating conversations, and classic libations that include the darker spirits, such as whiskey. Having since moved to Seattle 4 years ago I've learned a great deal about communal living and have had both pleasurable and not so pleasurable experiences. Personally, I appreciate clean, tidy spaces that allow for things to be done in the smoothest way possible. An example of this would be leaving common living spaces, the kitchen, and bathroom in the way I found it, or cleaner if need be.
As for the financial side of things, I coordinate all living expenses with my quarterly living expenses check I receive from school. Every time a new quarter begins I simply add up all expenses (rent, cable, internet, etc...) to be incurred over the next 90 days and write a check covering it all. This method is preferable to me simply because it allows me to get the largest expenses out the way in one fail swoop, eliminating any uncertainty or possibility of incomplete payments. I also have two additional sources of revenue, one from a school job and other as a product sales specialist for a local nutraceutical company.
