Japanese, mid-40's, I like comfortable, clean homes with nice, big, well-furnished kitchens. Airy, lots of light is preferred.
Mina was an ideal guest. She left my apartment in perfect condition! She is respectful, clean, and an awesome communicator. I trusted her completely during her stay while I was out of town. And when I got delayed during the snowstorm Hercules, she was flexible and adaptable with checking herself out since I could not be there in person. I would definitely recommend her as a wonderful, straightforward guest who sincerely treats where she says with care and respect.
Minako was a wonderful guest and it was really a delight to have her visiting. She was always prompt, easy to communicate and besides all very cheerful person. She even brought me a gift (!!!). Also the apartment was super tidy when she left. I recommend Minako as a guest and hope to see her visiting again.
Minako stayed at my place in September 2013. She was an excellent guest, reliable communicator and really clean & tidy. Highly recommended to any Airbnb host!
Mina was such a lovely guest. She was super easy to communicate with. She made it very easy to plan the key exchange and kept in great contact. She not only left my apartment spotless but she even left me some delicious munchies and organic lemons. I'm so happy she had a nice stay and I can't wait to have her stay again!
Mina was a total pleasure to have as a guest. I very much enjoyed meeting her. I couldn't ask for a nicer and more responsible person to stay in our home. She left the house in beautiful condition. I would love to have her as a guest any time in the future.
Mina was the perfect guest. She and her friend stayed at our home over NYE 2012. They were easy to communicate with, responsive, responsible, and very very clean. They were very flexible with the cats (we have two, both of which stayed on as "furry landlords" while we were away) which we really appreciated. Mina even left us a lovely parting gift to thank us for her stay! I would gladly open our home to them again in a heartbeat.
