journalist and architect, originally from Tel Aviv, now studying at Harvard University.
The apartment is huge and absolutely beautiful - sun-flooded, impeccably clean and beautifully and tastefully decorated. We fell in love with it! In addition it's located on a lovely, leafy street a short walk away from plenty of trendy eateries. Noam responded to all our queries very promptly and gave us lots of helpful information before we arrived.
What a lovely place! Perfect location for our Cambridge needs. Coming in and leaving were simple. And the strolls to restaurants, museums, etc were through quiet, beautiful Cambridge streets. We are so grateful to have stayed there!
The host canceled this reservation 21 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Terrific apartment, in an excellent location, especially for visitors using Harvard libraries and so on. The host provided a useful list of local amenities and resources, and was kindly flexible, letting me check in early because my flight arrived so early in the morning. Highly recommended.
The apartment was clean and welcoming. Communication was easy. They gave great recommendations for places around Cambridge. Wonderful hosts.
We had a lovely time at Noam's. The location was ideal - very close to the Yard - and the apartment itself was clean and beautiful. Noam made picking up the keys extremely easy, and his description of the apartment itself was detailed and accurate. However, as Noam lists, this is Harvard University housing. While I am sure the neighborhood is generally very quiet, there was unfortunately a loud and raucous party one floor directly below us the first night of our stay. The music continued until 1am, drinking games until past 2. This is likely not a regular occurrence as the neighborhood in general seemed quiet. Noam mentioned in his check-in note to keep noise down after 11pm as neighbors usually call in noise complaints if people get too loud, so we were not expecting to be kept up so late by a neighbor's party. That aside, the stay was top-notch in every other way.
Noam's apartment was perfect for our long trip to Boston. It was super warm and cozy, and is in a great location for city exploring. It's only minutes away from the T (red line) and the rest of Harvard Square. The immediate neighborhood is quiet and very charming. The place itself was very clean when we arrived and had anything we would need. I would definitely recommend this listing for anyone considering a long visit to the Boston / Cambridge area.
What a sharp, stylish, and exceptionally clean apartment! I was delighted to walk into a warm, beautifully lit, and inviting place. Noam is a first-rate host who made the experience of staying at his listing seamless and easy. I was in town for a three-day conference, and I could not have asked for more.
Expérience parfaite! Simple, toutes les infos nécessaires fournies, et même une bouteille d'eau pétillante et un petit mot de bienvenue.
Lit confortable, appartement à distance de marche d'un métro.
I feel a bit lucky in my experiences in Boston on airbnb, this is my second time landing in an architect's apartment and it shows in the style and decor of the place. Minimal, elegant, classy - all very nearby the center of Harvard...and a massive collection of book and music stores. If it's your thing go check out Schoenhof's Foreign Books, one of the last of its kind in Boston, or go to one of the small venues for a gig (last-minute punk-rock show, check). Good coffee at Cafe Crema, I kept eating these walnut honey and thyme scones that are damn addictive.
Noam's instructions were very clear, the place was lovely, tidy and quiet, great for a launching point to any of the many walkable places in Cambridge. Wholeheartedly recommend!
Noam is a great guest. He was very friendly, polite and the communication was excellent. He left the apartment in perfect condition, and I highly recommend him for future staying. It would be a pleasure to host him again!!!
Noam was a perfect guest, we would be happy to host him again in the future.
