Apartment location is very central - virtually on top of Metro Odeon - You can get to anywhere in Paris in no time. Apartment is located away from street so no street noise. Layout and installations are a little quirky and, apart from one beanbag chair - there's a distinct lack of a comfortable place to sit.
Host Aaron is friendly and helpful.
The location of this small apartment cannot be beat; itr is smack in front of the Odeon Metro station and surrounded by wonderful restaurants (including the famous Le Procope) and cafes. It was very quiet and tranquil in the apartment as well as it's in the back of the building. You can open the windows and hear the murmurings of those in surrounding apartments...but again, it's tranquil, not intrusive. The host's key deliver showed up exactly on time and led us up the two sets of winding old wooden, somewhat crooked stairs (it's a historic building). The security seems good as you need a code to get in the front door off St. Germain Blvd., another code to get from the lobby to those stairs, another code to get from staircase 1 to staircase 2 and then the key to open the door. It was tiring having to go up the stairs with our heavy luggage after such a long flight; there is no elevator and some of the lights in the various areas of the public hallway don't work. On the downside, one of the windows inside the apartment doesn't lock completely (the host said we could jam a stool under it if we were concerned), there were boxes labeled "souriscide" in several places on the floor; these presumably contain mouse poison--though we never saw a mouse thankfully. One thing that could have improved our stay would have been to have a small couch to sit on; there were two wood stools (tall ones) and two more small wood chairs and one bean bag type cushion on the floor. We really missed having a comfortable place to sit after running around the city all day. The only other option is to sit on the bed. The lighting was not the greatest either--there was't really enough of it and one of the sets of lights appeared to be strung such that there was a live wire above it. But despite these small issues, we really enjoyed our little spot in St. Germain and delighted over its wonderful (email hidden) close to Boul' Mich and to Notre Dame. This may be a place that is best for youngish travelers because of the stairs and lack of elevator. Another good point...is that we were able to get into the apartment right away upon our arrival--we didn't have to wait until 2 or 3 in the afternoon as is the usual case with most hotels one would book.

Great apartment in the center. Great communication with the owner and they easily changed their plans for us when we needed an earlier check in time. Apartment very clean with all the amenities. Would definitely use again. Thanks!!
This apartment is centrally located in Paris and very easy to get to. It is well priced for its location. The host, Aaron, was amazing - so helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment is a little quirky, but if you are interested in a super central apartment, this one is for you.
Fantastic stay, great apartment, great location. Owners very helpful, always available for contact and gave extensive information answering all/any questions we had.
