I like to travel and make art. I read a lot as well. My traveling style is quite budget and relaxed and I usually like to go to a country for a longer time instead of just quick visits.

nice big room. Braj was a good host and answered any questions i had. The room and flat had everything I needed. Good simple accomodation located very near to the station.
All good. Cycled 35 miles to and from Brighton so it was good to have a comfortable bed and fuss-free accommodation. No complaints.
Convenient, comfortable, fuss-free stay in a quiet location. Close to local amenities. Just what we needed.
LOCATION: Very well positioned for access to Brighton Station & buses into Brighton & Hove. Quiet ground floor flat despite being close to bus stop, shops, restaurants. Onroad parking available by permit at £2.50 per day but bays are busy.
ROOM: Large room with comfy double bed but most of hanging & storage space already full. No rubbish bin/basket.
COMMUNAL AREAS: Small, cluttered kitchen quite sufficient for making a cuppa, but food remnants & plastic bags left on the work surface made me question the host's attitude towards cleanliness & tidiness. Small bathroom with large bath but no shower. Rubbish bin full to the brim upon arrival & had not been emptied upon leaving 2 days later. Faulty light switch & difficulty in flushing toilet until got used to. Wasn't shown or invited to use the lounge - not sure whether it's available to guests.
HOST: Braj is a pleasant lady who adopts a helpful attitude face-to-face, when she's there. Guests need to be self-sufficient tho' for when she's not. However, I got the impression that little or no adjustment is made to normal living to allow for guests - sort of take us as you find us, warts & all.
VALUE FOR MONEY: It's a place to crash in a comfy bed. In my opinion £45 per night is well over the top for what is offered. There are small hotels around which offer better facilities & breakfast for that
The location is great. It's within easy walking distance of pretty much anything. There are some nice breakfast places nearby and more than a few ale houses down the road including "Craft" which shouldn't be missed, really.
Braj is a kind and welcoming host. We chatted on the first evening and she made me feel welcome. We exchanged some travel stories and she gave me a couple of ideas for my pending trip to Australia.
Braj put a lot of effort into making my stay as comfortable as it could be, and I appreciated that.
We had an enjoyable stay with Braj, she was a helpful host and helped by getting us a parking permit for our hire car. The flat is pleasant, quiet and clean and is in a nice location.
The only small niggle we had during our stay was that the wifi is not on all the time (my job requires me to get on the internet at regular intervals).
The flat is very cosy and close to the major Brighton attractions. Close to a park and to nice local cafes. It was a bit of an issue to use the kitchen but in the end we managed.
Nice room, close to Preston Park which is where the Brighton Marathon starts, so ideal for that. Would recommend.
Braj's place is quiet, spacious and very comfortable. And it's only a short walk to town and the seaside.
Braj wasn't home when we arrived but she made sure there was someone to greet us and to let us know where everything is.
We would definitely stay with Braj again.
Braj is a wonderful person and loves to travel. She is very respectful of others space and will treat it like her own. She truly sees the beauty in everything around her. Would love to do some traveling with you again.. Braj
