My appartamente is regularly cleaned at every change of guest, linen towels washed and changed so it was not written truth . All my guests have never complained about cleaning .
As for the smart card during the stay of Miles was not because lost but I gave him the codes for the connection tv on wifi. Now the card is present in the apt.
The smell of the bathroom is small and quickly resolved and no one has heard before strong that smell unbearable. I have had guests who have rented the house for months and have done very well.
