Sorry you had a bad time. The refund was due to the early departure. Your claim that you "gave that woman over $1500 over the course of one month" was exaggerated. However, we tried to be good hosts. We thawed the pipes twice and both times, Tinsley texted that all was well. The third time the pipes froze, we were unable to thaw them out. The bathhouse three houses down was available. We didn't charge Tinsley for the amenities (which is required by the resort), we gave her a $300 discount for the 10 day stay and then a $200 refund when she left early.
