Andrea met me and explained the details of the apartment. The apartment was just as it is seen in his listing: cheerful, clean, well appointed, and in a very nice neighborhood, Trastevere. It is conveniently near the tram and bus stops which makes traveling in Rome very easy. There are grocery stores, cafes, and a laundromat across the street which is very helpful. I would return to this B&B the next time I visit Rome; Andrea was always prompt in replying to a message and was a very hospitable host.
Greatest place to stay in Trastevere!
We were 15 friends in Rome for the week-end, and Andrea's spot is wonderful! It's very close to city center thanks to the tram, and just 10 minutes walk from Testaccio's nightlife. Moreover, it's easily reachable from Fiumicino Airport. I totally recommend this place
Great experience. The apartment was perfect to welcome 14 friends for a bachelorette week end. Very well located in Trastevere: very easy to go to the historic center (with the tram) and to the Vatican as well (with the train). Nice restaurants and bars in the area. Andrea is very nice, available, ready to help. He organised transfers from and to the airport for us. The apartment was very bright and clean. The rooms are lovely and big with access to a nice terrasse. I definitely recommend this place. Very good value for money and with great service.
We booked this apartment for the whole family who arrived to Rome for our wedding.Good location, nice and clean apartment with spacious rooms.Extra beds slightly unstable and hardly suitable for adults.Beautiful terrace! We appreciated Andrea's flexibility.
Andrea's apartment was very nice. I stayed in a room that looked out onto a balcony overlooking Viale Trastevere. It was very comfortable--the air conditioning worked well, but at night it was cool enough to open the window and the doors to the balcony to get a cross breeze. The bed was very nice, and towels/sheets were clean and well put together.
Building felt very safe. I had a key to my room, the apartment, and the outer door to the building.
Andrea met me (at midnight!) to deliver the keys, show me around the apartment, and make sure I had everything I needed. He was very responsive both to AirBnB messages as well as texts for the couple of questions I had, and was a very nice guy. The room came with access to a kitchen/fridge that had a coffee maker (and coffee), as well as some pastries in the morning.
Apartment was well located for where I wanted to be-- a 5 minute walk from the Trastevere train station, on the tram line going north into the city. It was a ~20min walk to S. Maria in Trastevere, but there are lots of things to see in the southern part of the neighborhood, including a great market on Sundays.
Overall, highly recommended!
we stayed at Il Cuore di Roma, Trastevere Flat and had a really good time! we have been 8 people (4 cupples) my entire family for celebrating my mom's 60 birthday. the apartment was tide and clean. the all apartment was for us as we promessed. there is 4 bedrooms and 2 balconies- really nice and italian vibe. also a nice kitchen that used us to lovely breakfasts that you can buy ingridients at the very near by supernarkets and not expensive.
its also very close to line 8 at the tram (like a train) that in 10 minutes takes you to cenrto historico (historic center).
andrea the host was lovley and kind and broght us wellcom gifts like wine and special kantochini cookies.
the best thing he did for us is to accept our request to stay at the apartment and leave our belongings and take a shower and the kitchen- a few more hours- untill our flight at the evening.
(free of charge)
very recomended! especially for a group or familys
A good experience at Andrea's B&B. Nice feelings, quiet area, and well connected with public transport. Nice, private room with a nice bathroom, and a nice kitchen were you can cook and keep your food.
