Mahalo Heather for your message- A couple of administrative items I would like to clear up.
The only time we have switched cabins on a reservation is when we upgraded the customer free of charge. Heather inquired about the Lehua Cabin and it was not available, so she agreed to reserve the Cedar Cabin which is substantially similar, just a bit smaller and less expensive.
We have actually acquired several new couches. The unit Heather stayed in, has not yet had it installed as it will not fit through the front door! We have to remove the window to get it in and expect to do that shortly. If your reservation is more than a week or two out from today, you can expect the upgraded furniture in the Cedar Cabin.

In short, the Cabins operation as gone from poorly maintained units with an antiquated 3X5 card/handwritten booking system to a state of the art Property Management System in a few short weeks. To Heather who has never seen them before, it may appear to be happening slowly. To those in the know, we have come a long way in a short time. We have many other good ideas that will be in place in short order.
