Thanks Leo, appreciate your feedback which we will take in consideration to improve our service. I would have appreciated if you also mentioned that you confused check in date and we made everything possible to make it happen on what was a bank holiday in Argentina and we never put that as an issue at all. We made everything possible to accommodate last minute to what we thought was an error from your side at the time of booking cost us quite a bit as we had to get the flat cleaned on an unplanned holiday break (costs double) in addition to making everyone run behind your schedule but we never mentioned it to you as ultimately we want to do everything reasonably possible to have guests happy. We also didn't charge you any late check-ins etc which we could have but just wanted to leave it clear as the above review in some aspects makes us look as not respondent but I'm sure appreciate we did our best and were very flexible. Other than that, many thanks and we also enjoyed having you and hope to see you again soon!!
