Kyle was easy to communicate with and answered emails and questions promptly. He was very down to earth and helpful. Even drove me to the venue where I was attending a conference in Asheville. I really appreciated that kindness. The room is as pictured. Good instructions were left for me, and also some snack bars. Wi-fi was great and fast. I only wished that the bathroom (shared space) was a little better looked after. I mostly just slept during the night and was gone a lot during the day. Thanks Kyle!
Kyle, Sarajane, Eric, and Tyler were super friendly, interesting, and full of good suggestions about places to eat and things to do in Asheville. The house and room were very comfortable. They had thoughtful details prepared ahead of time-- fruit, granola bars, mints, etc. in a little container along with bath linens left on our bed. We enjoyed browsing their library and reading excerpts of fun books when we arrived home in the evening earlier than the 20somethings. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend them to other Airbnb visitors.
Having never been to Asheville, I was unaware of how easily navigable the city and outlying areas are! While the Twentysomething's place might not seem in the heart of downtown, it is just a short drive away. The house is extremely close to several routes on the Blue Ridge Parkway, and because of this I was able to get in two long drives in my short visit. Everyone was very laid back and sweet, and the room is very private and quiet--I slept so well! Thank you!
Although we never met Kyle, his 20 Something's House! was perfect for our stay. Located about 8 minutes from the Biltmore Estates, and 10-12 minutes from downtown, this quant little house served our needs very well as a place to crash. Kyle was not there when we arrived but left a key hidden so we could have access to the house. Inside we found a nice private room with towels and clean linens. The bathroom was right across the hall and although it was claimed to be "shared" it didn't seem like anyone else ever used it.
When we eventually return to Asheville, we will most definitely try to stay here again!
Although Kyle wasn't home this particular, his roommate Tyler helped us feel right at home. The room was just what we needed for an extra nights stay in Asheville. It was a convenient drive to downtown with easy parking right out front. If I ever get back to Asheville, i'd stay with them again!
Amazing people great location
The 20's something house is like staying with friends. They are all very welcoming and knowledgable about all things Asheville. Great location, great people, thanks again for a great 3 days
