Very friendly hosts. It’s inspiring to see younger people work hard to create their lifestyle and to restoring an old house.

So grateful to have been guests in John and Alex's wonderful and unique home. The two hosts were incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive. I loved the antique furnishings, and our room was spacious (large sitting room, bathroom, & bedroom). THIS PLACE IS PERFECT!! John and Alex have an unbelievable home on a breathtaking piece of land. we stayed in the king suite we had our own sitting room and full bathroom. the bed was extremely comfortable with an amazing view to wake up to every morning. the amenities are what really put this place above all others they offer an amazing indoor pool, hot tub, huge property to explore and antique pool table. there is a good amount of places to eat around but we recommend checking out Mac's. John and Alexandra shared their beautiful, spacious, and friendly home with us-- while we had the time of our lives. Their hospitality is impeccable! Well worth the trip to Auburn, Maine. Also Crypto and Canna cannot get any cuter. Absolutely a trip worth taking.

Would recommend for anyone over the age of 21 years!!! They truely have a stunning home. One of the greatest places I have stayed at using Airbnb!! John and Alex really make you feel at home. If you love furry friends, their sweet dogs have character too. Location is (Website hidden by Airbnb) it is very quiet at night, very close to restaurants and shopping, and also close enough to take a day trip to Portland. All in all a wonderful place to vacation too!!

Maine Greenyards is an oasis. It's cozy and the vibe is very chill and warm. John & Alex are awesome hosts, they gave us a tour and the showed us to our room, which was absolutely beautiful and had a huge window facing the farms and hills. There were fresh baked goodies everyday and an awesome kitchen to cook in! ( No microwave, which we didn't mind. John is an extremely friendly host who treats you like family. His home is gorgeous and the room is private. He is always available if you have any questions. Very calming weekend, highly recommended!

Privacy is great, the house is very large, and the rooms or suites rather are just that. A private suite with your own living area, bedroom and large bathroom, it was perfect!
