Thank you for your review. You are right. You were given the studio with the 2 beds instead of the studio with the double bed, because (as you admit in your review) the studio with the 2 beds has the best view....Your host actually upgrade you thinking that you would love the view....I wish that you would have told us that you prefer having a double bed...We could easily transfer you to the one of your choice....I am sorry that you were not able to realise from the photos the style of the decoration. I am surprised that unlike all previous guests, you were not able to enjoy your 2 days stay in a nice studio with beautiful view and warm hospitality (to quote the words you are using in the beginning of your review)
Judith is 100% right in the part of her review regarding the state of cleanliness of the apartment. Unfortunately she informed us upon her departure not giving us a chance to offer her the high standard that other previous guest have enjoyed. We can not justify the poor job of the cleaning lady, so we had to change her.
Judith was very polite communicating her worries but i believe that her strong feelings regarding the cleaning condition, made her to underestimate the quality of the apartment. No one before or after her stay experienced any problems with hot water and certainly bed linen and towels are in great shape. Anyway, that does not change the fact of the bad cleaning condition, but as we assured her this will not happen again as we changed cleaning lady.
