This apartment is fab, the location is perfect with less than 10 minutes walking distance to Oxford Street, Carnaby Street, Leister Square, Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square etc. We didn't use the tube at all once we arrived. We walked to the theatre, to the shops, to the many restaurants around and explored Central London. Space is comfy, kitchen well equipped, bathroom spacious with a great shower, bed and sofa bed both very comfy. It is a little noisy at night but given the location this is to be expected and could of been much worse. Would be happy to stay here again. Another great Airbnb find

A day before we arrived in London, we were told that there was a plumbing/leak problem so we were not able to stay at the flat for the first night (the host booked us a room at travelodge for a night). The host's brother called us to inform of this arrangement but he was quite unapologetic, kept trying to push us to cancel the booking and said that we had to let him know our decision ASAP so that they can cancel the travelodge booking. Since we had just arrived in the UK after a 13-hour flight and had confirmed this booking a month in advance, we didn't really have any alternatives for last minute arrangements.
The apartment is in a great location (albeit in a very busy area) and in a well preserved building - just a two minute walk to the tube. Also very convenient for eateries and shopping. Cons - The lift was out of order for a few days, the shower head in the apartment was broken and the bed needs changing. Overall, once we got through the first few days, we had a comfortable stay.
Apartment was very nice like on the pictures provided. Location directly at Piccadilly Circus, you cannot live more centrally. Noise was not a problem for us, but of course it's not a quiet neighborhood. Communication was ok and key pick up worked as well without a problem. Although there was no personal contact, everything was finally clear and self-explanatory. I can recommend this apartment.
The room is very nice, just like the picture. Location is very central, just a few steps from the river.
It was nice place; comfortable not very far from center. You can walk. The house was clean and nice. I did not met Judie but the cleaner let me in and explained everything.
And the price was very good!
I definitely rent this place if I go to Cambridge again.
The apartment is in a fantastic location and was very well appointed. The host's friend was there to meet me and get me settled in. Judie was very helpful in working with me on the specifics of my arrival and I appreciated her flexibility. All in all, it was a perfect way to visit London. Thank you.
