you knew the dishwasher was broken, as there was a paper message inside it.
You did not tell us in advance and you did nothing to fix it, even if you knew about this problem.
Also about the missing hot water in the shower, I read another message complaining about it that was dated december. I guess the problem is not yet solved.
In my complain I forgot to mention that we found wet linens and pillows inside the closet, as if they were washed and left there inside the bedroom to slowly dry. Should I sleep in the same room where wet linens and pillows are drying ?
We took them off the closet and hang over something in order to dry them out while we visited the town, the second day of our stay.
It was not supposed to be our job, but we did it.
After seeing the large number of problems, most of them pretty heavy, we think you do not care too much about the clients.
So at the end I suggest you:
1 - please change the mattress in the second room.
2 - please fix the hot water
3 - please fix the dishwashing machine.
4 - please clearly state in your advertising that the two rooms are interconnected and are not independent one from the other.
5 - please fix the light in the scone room
6 - please clean very well the sofa.
7 - please add mother light in the living room
8 - please fix the electric plugs that does not work, especially in the living room and in the second bedroom.
9 - after washing the linens, please dry them before the other guest arrives. Do not hide them in the closet.
