Telling subtle lies in between message to tarnish customer's credibility.
1. over 100 message was wrong.
2. stuck in the traffic as the SOLELY reason for using 3hours to reach 19km destination was wrong, traffic was smooth after around 1 hour of our departure. About 2 hours was used to turn around same road, we can past by same terminal twice and same roundabout 3 times and more.
3. psychologically harassed the staff for HOURS leaving her almost drenched in tears are wrong. We leave the hotel within 1 hour because we are left starving by the driver until 2pm. I also didnt make her difficult in anyways, I told her I know you cant make decision, tell your manager Made I want to speak to her tonight after I back to the hotel. Then I am off to having my lunch like 3pm+. Who is more pity?
4. They are asking for full pay, until we say we will not pay, then the assistant manager Agung (nobody willing to let me see a manager) only say you can just pay us the petrol. However, as I said I will only pay until I see a manager and they did not allow, so Agung by his own mouth told us that "ok, you do not need to pay".
5. the driver full day of work was unpaid is wrong. We pay our second driver more than the amount we agreed because he did a good job to drive us accordingly. NOT keep repeating same roundabout same direction, keep U turn and then tell us it is traffic problem. We can tell, we are not blind.
most importantly, message and details are crafted to against me without mentioning what is the fact. Did this Ayu said I still hired another driver from them? Did she say I pay him? Did she mentioned I also hire their airport transfer? Did she say I pay twice for the return? So what is the problem I do not mind keep paying and give them business to do but I only did not pay the morning driver? BECAUSE I will not pay for a SCAM.
From the beginning Ayu was not nice and either slow or almost no reply. I still continue the booking because of Made. At the end, I also have realised staying with this host was a absolutely mistake to my short trip. Paying air ticket and hotel but scammed by driver, losing half a day seeing nothing and the worst is they are defending their scam and not apologetic for what had happened.
I lose in term of precious time as a tourist. They lose as a liar and cheating tourism service provider that tarnish their own reputation. By the way, I google their hotel review online, quite a number of mixed review but one thing for sure is, unsatisfactory and bad reviews about them is not just me alone. around half of the reviews at the internet was bad. Check it up yourself for your own judgement.
