Jackie's place is really nice, very well-equipped, quiet, and in a lovely neighborhood. The bed was super-comfortable and the towels and linens equal to a five-star hotel. The apartment has new carpeting, tasteful and comfortable furniture, was spotlessly clean, has a fantastic porch with a table and chairs, the kitchen has everything for gourmet cooking, and the shower is hot and strong. Jackie was instantly responsive throughout and gave us some awesome restaurant and cafe recommendations. We are looking forward to staying there again.
Jackie's place was exactly as it was listed at AirBNB. The house was clean and quiet. Jackie left great instructions about the keys and her place as well as great places to eat and shop. I would definitely stay here again and I would definitely recommend this listing.
We loved our 4 day stay at Jackie's! As described, it is a spacious and comfortable layout - the kitchen is a real joy to prepare a meal in, with all top of the line equipment. Super comfy bed with excellent linens. We don't usually rent a car in Collingswood, but were glad we did this time as it is a bit farther out to make multiple daily trips, and of course having available parking was huge. Charming porch to spend time watching the world go by.....anticipating our next sojourn to 08108.
The house is in a beautiful neighborhood on a tree-lined street with quaint homes. The first floor apartment was roomy, well equipped and furnished nicely. Jackie is an artist and has a keen sense of style. It was a quiet and tranquil place to stay. The house was very clean and neat when I arrived. Jackie provided useful information on the neighborhood and pointed me to some great restaurants within a few blocks. Off street parking is provided. Collingswood is a quaint town filled with classic houses. Walking around the town you'd never realize you are 5 minutes away from Philadelphia.
We had a wonderful stay at Jackie & Tom's. Although we only met Jackie once she was very accomodating, always available and left behind many helpful recomendations. Even though we were late for check in, she didn't seem to mind the wait and greeted us with a smile. When we first arrived we were a bit taken back when we realized that the apartment is on street level, which limits the ability to open the windows and curtains, but in the end, that didn't prove to have any segnificance. The apartment is huge and full of light, and even though it's not fancy, it's extremly comfortable and you can feel someone's loving touch in every corner. It was the perfect place to come back to at the end of the day. Quite, yet awsome, neighbourhood with a cozy feel that hasn't yet been taken over completly by comercializem like close- by Williamsburg. And yet, there are a lot of great cafes around (our personal favorite was The Blue Stove), the subway is only four blocks away and commute time into the city is about ten minutes. We could easily come back home for a rest before going out in the evening. A feeling of great personal security, even inthe sweet back garden. Would love to be back soon!
Jackie is a repeat guest in our home and it's always a great experience to host her. She always leaves the bedroom looking amazing. She's a really great guest!
Jackie is awesome! A lovely - warm person who is a true pleasure to host. Very easy going and friendly. Super clean and respectful. We are looking forward to future stays with Jackie.

The only one bad review after around 100 means something.
She was polite and formal, but she notified me about (maybe) bad cleanings a day later and I could'nt do nothing more then excuse me, as I could not verify that (she said she cleaned by herself) and I could not make the housekeeper clean the apartment again. She tryed to clean the walls (yes, the wall) with detersive, for some hand prints and I let you image the results. I assure the walls, even if not perfect, were not in dramatic condition (if so that had to be mentioned by previous reviews).
She said my assistant did not speak english. Yes it's true, but she speaks Italian and I KNEW Jackie was with her italian cousin, so really don't understand this comment.
Notifing me about the cleanings she told me also about some missing sheets; going there I discovered with her that she sleeped over her blanket (with its cover), thinking that it was a down sheet and that the bedspread was her blanket without cover (and so without top sheet too).
She told bad about the bed: it's a real and comfortable base, only it can be closed for been transported upstairs, through the steps . I really hope this will be not a problem for other guests too :)
She told on her review that after 6 nights she preferred to move to a better place for her last night: can this be credible?
At least: probably she didn't find Hilton standards and I am sorry for that, but the place was cheaper then Hilton too: 70e/night for an indipendent apartment, even if small, in the historical center of Rome, in XIV century building, with: washing machine, dish machine, real kitchen, ADSL wi-fi.
Great conversation, great company and we are missing you already ... here's hoping that you always keep a little piece of Italy in your heart. Daisy is asking when you'll be coming back :))
Jackie stayed only one night, but we had the chance to talk a little bit, before she left. She's a very nice, gentle, interesting woman, very respectful of the flat.
