Hello there! My name is Shannon, recently moved to the Big Apple to attend grad school. I'm a bit of a foodie, previous massage therapist, and love to travel. Love living here, so much to see, do and explore!

Shannon was a great host, very responsive and she checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were doing alright. The apartment was clean and spacious.
Very nice space, located close to the subway. Two blocks away, witch made for easy traveling. Easy to deal with host. I would definitely recommend staying here. I know that I would the next time I make it to New York.
Shannon's apartment was really lovely. It was very clean, very pretty and well equipped. It was spacious and very comfortable for the two of us. The bed is sooooo comfortable! The apartment felt homey and 'vacationy' at the same time! It is very close to two subway lines to downtown Manhattan (three minutes walk to each line, 20 min ride to downtown). Even though we didn't get to meet Shannon, she was very attentive and easy to reach and communicate with. She responded quite quickly to all our many question and request, and was very nice and helpful. We recommend this apartment very much!
We stayed at Shannon's place for 3 weeks in August and loved it. The apartment feels spacious, light and airy with very tasteful furnishings. The bed is a dream (Tempur-pedic mattress and pillows) and the convertible sofa works just fine for a second bed.
The neighborhood is very nice to come home to at the end of a New York day. Inwood has a very small town quality and you can find anything you want within a block or two (usually at a 99 cent store). On the weekend be prepared to enjoy latin music coming from the streets throughout the neighborhood.
The apartment is ideally situated between the A train and the 1 train, so getting downtown or going to the upper west side is easy. You can walk to the Cloisters in 5 minutes or Inwood forrest. There is a nice farmers market on Saturday morning close by as well as good grocery stores and restaurants..
The apartment is so clean it almost seems like no one could possibly live there. There is no clutter. The air conditioning works well and the water gets so hot you have to be careful not to cook yourself.
I highly recommend this apartment!
The flat was not as good as in the pictures. It was really dirty and dusty. The noise from broadway was really bad, because of the way the air-cond was installed(self-made).
The position was ok, the subway was close.
There was not enough closets for two people, and there was no hairdryer/flat-ironing possibility.
The host was (website hidden) for my flexibility, I didn´t care about having more space, I would have liked it to be clean. All budget-travellers are not used to living with dirt...
Shannon's apt. is just as it appears. It is very neat and has a great location. Shannon was very easy to communicate with and was very prompt with her replies. We would definitely rent from her again.
Shannon's place was great! She was incredibly helpful and gracious. Smooth all around. Would absolutely stay there again.
I really can't possibly say enough good things about Shannon and her friends. They were laid back and extremely respectful of my home. They stayed in touch with me before and throughout their entire stay and left my home perfectly clean. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Shannon to anyone and would be privileged to host them again myself someday. Huge thanks to Shannon and friends for another great airbnb experience!
Shannon was a great guest. Cheerful, clean, and kind.
Quite possibly the sweetest thing from Texas ever! We had a little time to enjoy each others' company and I learned that Shannon is a great story teller with some fantastic tales to tell. She and Dominic were so sweet to my toddlers, they will be talking about their 'new best friends' for a long time. I can't wait until we get to visit again, wherever that may be. Thank you!
