Loved the townhouse - very light and spacious, excellent coffee maker :). Quiet street and very close to the metro. Grocery and restaurants nearby and lots of access to Uber car service as needed. Cameron was a great host and was very quick and thorough in his communication

We just returned from a fabulous stay in DC. The apartment was exactly as described and suited our needs perfectly. Cameron was extremely helpful when there was a very small glitch with the TV. He was so easy to communicate with, which I think is essential! The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We've stayed at many vacation rentals in the USA and abroad, and the beds here were the most comfortable. The location was great - close to everything in Columbia Heights. We would happily stay there again!
Cameron's Harvard Loft residence was a very convenient place to sleep for a conference at the DC Convention Center. The loft is only about a 5 minute from the Columbia Heights metro stop and is also located very near a Target, a CVS, and a grocery store. The loft was very clean and in good repair. Cameron promptly responded to any of our needs via phone or email. I would certainly stay at the loft again, but there are a couple of things worth noting: First, the apartment consists of 2 "real" bedrooms, of which 1 room contains a queen bed and 1 room (the master) contains a king bed and its own bathroom. However, the master bedroom has an open wall that exposes part of that bedroom to the living room/den. (This would not be great for a couple if there were additional people staying in the den). The 3 other potential beds in the residence are the sleeper sofa (which is not even quite the size of a standard double bed) and 2 folding twin beds. These beds are not ideal sleeping quarters for more than a night or 2, so I would recommend reserving the loft for no more than 4-5 people. Also worth noting: street parking in the residential neighborhood outside the loft is free from Friday evening until Monday morning!

Cameron was easy to work with getting things set up. The place was in pretty good shape, and very clean. It's probably best used as a two bedroom. The third bed isn't great and is located in the "den", which has a door but is contained within the second bedroom. Main bedroom is loft style with no door. Location is good - close to the Columbia Heights metro, easy walks to Adams Morgan and U Street. No major issues.
This brand new modern unit is perfectly located in the heart of Columbia Heights, a vibrant neighborhood. My family had a very comfortable experience during their visit from Belgium.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Cameron even provided detergent for the washer. The unit can comfortably sleep 4 guests, and a sofabed is available for an additional 2. The couch is very suitable for kids, maybe less for picky adults.
Cameron was very punctual and responsive. I will certainly consider this unit again for my family's next trip!
Cameron was extremley friendly with both the checkin and checkout. I can't comment too much on the ammenities of the place because we were hardly around except to sleep at night. The rest of the time we were out and about. We were within minutes to the metro station which gave us access to the entire city and walking distance to a number of restaurants, bars and even grocery stores in Columbia Heights, Mount Pleasant and U Street. If I had to find something to make this review not perfect it would be that the couch was a little stiff, so if you need 3 beds make sure the guest sleeping on the couch isn't used to a pillow top.
We had a great time staying at this condo in Columbia Heights. I used to live in the Adams Morgan area and reviewed a number of places. Chose this due to its equidistant location between Adams Morgan restaurant/bar row, Columbia Heights Metra/shopping, and its easy car, Bus or Metro shot down into downtown Washington DC, Mall, Monuments and museums. Please was very clean, very secure, parking is extra but well worth it if you have a car (I had a fullsize Chevy Suburban and it was easy to park. Actually can fit 2 normal cars.). Everything worked great, all rooms, etc. were very clean, very new, kitchen is good sized with new appliances. Had to call Cameron only once on question about Wifi and he came over in about 30 minutes to help me out. I had to leave a few hours early on the last day for a business trip and Cameron helped my wife and kids with everything when they left. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. We saved a huge amount of money going with this place versus a decent hotel, as 8 of us stayed there for 9 days.
I really enjoyed meeting you and your family. I am so glad that you enjoyed your visit.
The original apartment was available so Cameron upgraded me to a fabulous penthouse! The place is phenomenal! Honestly, it was too much space for one person but I definitely enjoyed it! The kitchen, multiple bathrooms and the extra space made it easy for family to visit without feeling cramped AT ALL. Cameron was easily accessible both by mail and phone - and and had quick follow up to any questions I had.
Overall the experience was great, the place was great and Cameron was a definite pleasure to work with!
Wonderful guest! Would welcome them back anytime. Thank you.
