Great location. The place is really nice. Plus Dalton is a great guy. Loved it.
Dalton was a great host, very flexible and friendly, he gave us a wonderful "welcome" in the city! The apartment is conveniently located in the French Quarter, close to everything, but not in the chaos of the neighborhood. It could be a little noisy at times, but we barely noticed it!
Thank you Dalton, we'll see you in NY!
Dalton was a great host. He found out there was an issue with the entry code and arranged to meet us at the apartment before we even landed in New Orleans. The place was spotless and had all the little necessities to make for a comfortable stay. Location could not be beat, steps away from everything, but far enough that nightlife noise was never a problem. Girlfriend and I always felt safe around the apartment no matter what time of night we were coming home. It's possible that the parking garage across the street has a "Sound Horn" sign in it somewhere, as we did hear car horns frequently in the morning. Bothered the gf, but I slept right through it. Made great use of the balcony, wonderful space to relax and hang out. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
Great experience and a great location. Checking in to the apartment was really easy and dalton always responded promptly. Some reviewers have complained about the noise but for us it was a non issue. All around we have no complaints and would stay here again if we came back. The location really can't be beat
This was the second time staying in Daltons (website hidden) is perfect for all our needs when we are in New Orleans. It is spotless and well stocked with many things you need to make you feel at home. It is centrally located within the French Quarters. Most all of our tourist needs tours and restaurants are within a couple of blocks of the apartment. There is a Walgreens a block away. My favorite place to drink or get a drink to go is So Bou on Chartres ALSO I found a great cafe Fluer de Lis on Chartres. They have bacon Bloody mary's and impeccible egg dishes and incredible southern service (you're in New Orleans there has to be some drinking involved !). And this time I had the pleasure of meeting Dalton. He has always been very accessible for any needs we have. I highly recommend this place and I can't wait to get back.
The best thing about this apartment is the (email hidden)eps from Bourbon Street! It is well furnished, and the refrigerator was stocked with water and fruit tray. It was clean, has a great air conditioner; as well as washer and dryer. The only drawbacks were the soft bed; and that the view out the window is of the interior stairwell in the building, not the city. But then no one should stay indoors too long while in NOLA!
Great location, 1 block to Bourbon, 2 blocks to Walgreens for anything you might need, and easy to find a cab to and from the airport. The rooftop pool is a nice touch, but we didn't use it except to play cards at the table. Very quiet. We found the mattress on the bed to be less than comfortable, but the futon was comfortable if you put it on the floor. Most everything you will need in the kitchen is there.
Perfect french quarter loft, cool and fun lots of extra creature comforts. This listing has a lot of little details that really help glassware, cookware, ironing board, iron, an iPod player, extra body wash shampoo and conditioner, washer and dryer make an extended stay at this stylish condo a way more affordable option than any hotel near by! We gladly look forward to our next stay at this lovely listing.
Great place to stay, Clean, and Well furnished. Only a few block from some good restaurants. There is a convenient store two doors down and a drug store down the street. Dalton was a good host, and made we had everything we needed.
