Hello R.J. , I am very sorry that we didn't meet. I wrote in email to you that my husband and staff will meet you. But if it is important for you, for next time, when you will come for 2 nights I will meet you with my newborn baby at 11.00pm.
We have staff of 4 persons here, and they are ready to help you anytime. My husband asked you three times , do you have any problem. But you said that everything is OK. Apartment was checked before your arrival and everything was OK. If you broke shower head or toilet seat, all that you needed to do is to say our staff and they always fix any problem for half an hour during all 24 hours. I am sorry for repeating but all you had to do is to say about the problem.
About hot water:
We are sorry that you experienced discomfort due to lack of hot water. But each apartment is equipped with a water heater, which switch on/off and the operation indicator is at the entrance to the bathroom. Therefore, to switch on/off the hot water you can do only in the apartment. Before your arrival (and after your departure) the water heater has been checked. It works great. So I suppose I didn't switch it on yourself.
We have whole building of 18 apartments and monthly meet a lot of guests, but nobody before you and after you didn't see any cockroaches. Maybe some of the guests had brought them with him . In any case, after your notice we did fumigation to prevent it again.
