Staying at Sunny's place was nice. She's respectful and the flat is okay. Nice area of Brooklyn.
i had a great time in sunny's!
the place is beatifull, the neibourhood is great and sunny is so nice...
really nice person, open to help with anything and respectfull!
i recomend her so much!
Staying with sunny was wonderful. Sunny is helpful and nice, and has a beautiful place.
Good location and good host for a grown-up working woman on her own.
Sunny's flat is very well situated a short walk away from the action in Williamsburg and the L train at Bedford Av.
Sunny is very helpful and the room is lovely and homely.
Sunny was very kind and hospitable, always ready to help (I was not familiar with the area). She is a very laid-back person and never intrusive. The area is incredible, it's 2 blocks away from Bedford avenue and and about 10 minutes away from Marcy avenue subway station, so you can either take the L or J train.
As a young lady I can tell the area is safe, I came back at 00.30 once and felt safe to walk from the subway.
The place itself is nice, well decorated, clean and convenient.
I am already considering coming back, I highly recommend her.
I would recommend Sunny's place to anyone who needs an inexpensive place to stay in Williamsburg/and or NYC, as Williamsburg is just a short hop into Manhattan. It's just a couple of blocks over from Bedford Ave., the main drag in Williamsburg. Williamsburg is chock full of cutting edge restaurants and watering holes...so much so, that you may never make it over to Manhattan.
Sunny was friendly and hospitable without being intrusive. I wasn't thrilled about the idea of sharing a bathroom, but the bathroom was always free when I needed to use it, was clean and uncluttered. The bed was comfortable, and there was ample storage space for my luggage. Air conditioning worked, and wi-fi worked 90% of the time. It was out one night when I wanted to use it. Sunny returned my key deposit within 24 hours of me checking out.
The apartment is clean and I Sunny's artistic sensibilities shine through in the decor, which is slightly off-beat, but in a good way. The apartment is a walk-up, but she's on the first floor. Make sure you can carry your luggage up a flight of stairs.
I hope I have a reason to return to NYC soon. And if I do, I would gladly make another reservation at Sunny's place.
I could not complete my stay because the host canceled my reservation.
Sunny was great. As artistic and as interesting as her lovely home. We enjoyed her hospitality and our privacy. It was the perfect location for us. Within vicinity of everything Williamsburg has to offer.
Sunny was great from the minute I inquired about the room to day that I left. I highly recommend her for future stays. She responded quickly to my requests for information, was open and willing to accomodate a couple special requests re arrivaland departure times and sent detailed instructions on best way to get to her place from JFK. She was waiting for me and offered more helpful info when I got there.
Her place is clean, bed is comfortable and A/C worked great (thank goodness, because it was hot when I was there). I rented the room, but the living room and kitchen were available too.
She is friendly without being intrusive or pushy, fun to talk to (she has great knowledge of the neighborhood and NYC) and relaxed.
Location is great. It's about 10 min walk from Marcy Ave. subway station and then short train ride into lower Manhattan (it's the next stop).
Also, Sunny was very prompt about returning my $75 key deposit. She returned it within an hour of my leaving. She's friendly, trustworthy and a great host. Enjoy your stay.
Sunny came bcd after her trip down South. A little sick but still in a good spirit. Really liked this creative lady from NY. Felt like having a friend staying and that's the best compliment I can give. Cheers, Peter
It was very good time with you Sunny.
You're a very nice people.
You're welcome to my house when you come to Essaouira.
we are so happy to meet like that women . very cleaver and friendly . but we are so angry because she had just one night and did not have much time to know each other .
I knooooow, I love you guys, wish I could have stayed longer. Next time inchallah. Xo
Sunny was a great guests and it was really pleasant to host her at our place.
Sunny was a great quest for the 3 nights she stayed. Definitely needed a break from her NY-life and has chosen Morocco especially for a dance course in Fes. I really enjoyed her company , talks, even her million questions!! Would certainly recommend her to other hosts.Truly hope she will have a wonderful time in Morocco and maybe she will be back In Tangier on her way home. You are most welcome again Sunny! Cheers, Peter
I'm coming back with a million stories instead of questions. :-)
Sunny and her boyfriend Dale were wonderful guests. I really enjoyed their company and conversation. I can enthusiastically recommend them and would happily welcome them back as guests.
It was a pleasure to have Sunny stay. I really enjoyed her company and would recommend her as a guest without reservation.
Sunny is excellent and wonderfully reliable and takes incredible pride in her beautiful apartment. Her place is huge, the rooms are completely adorable, and her garden views are magical - altogether a true moment of solace in the middle of the big city. And, of course, being my next door neighbor, incredibly well located with everything you could imagine needing within walking distance or a short hop on the subway away.
