Shelia and her group were amazing guests. They were very easy to communicate with and left my place very clean and almost exactly as they found it. She would be welcome back to stay anytime.
Sheila rented my loft for a visit with her daughter. She was straight forward and prompt in her communication and interactions. I also appreciated that Sheila took the time to write me after her departure to let me know of what would have made her stay a little better. (For future, I'll have a Bodum coffee maker in the loft, Sheila. Thanks!) On the downside, I was unfortunately somewhat disappointed by a few accidents that seem to have taken place in my loft during her and her friend's stay (a guest who had booked first and stayed on through Sheila's booking). What appears to have been a significant amount of red wine had been spilled on the bed, white bed sheets and dish towels - which, upon laundering, have sadly turned out to be permanent - along with other soiling in the washroom that needed to be dealt with. Would have been great to get a heads up that the red wine accident in particular had happened.
Guest who were visiting their daughter. Their last minute communications can make it inconvenient for host who like me lives 25-30 minutes away from the property.
