Apartment was in a great location. We had the beautiful St-Lawrence market just minutes away and a lovely walk to the Metro Convention Centre where our conference was taking place.
Our stay in Toronto for a music festival was fantastic. The downtown location was perfect. It was a great little gem in the heart of the city.
Our host was helpful in pointing out nearby locations for food and parking. They were even gracious enough to allow us to stay a little later on our check-out day (since there was no reservations at for that day). They gave me everything I'd need and were excellent with communicating before and as I ended my stay.
The place was exactly as I expected and needed. Had everyone well accommodated and comfortable. The host left the place organized and clean, everything went as planned and she kept in touch so I wasn't even afraid of surprises.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay. Would definitely stay there again.
This is the first time that as a host or guest had difficulties drafting a review. The contact with Crystal was very nice and when I met her and her friends for the check-in the first impression on 3 Travelling girls with world experience was positive. I gave them a lot of information, was what I hope as a guest for my host to be and for that more I was quite disappointed and speechless when I came back to my apartment. From outside The building I saw the balcony doors were open, quite dangerous for safety reasons but also as there were storms these days in Geneva. then I discovered why: although as also stated on the apartment description smoking is not allowed, the apartment had (after having nearly one day windows open), an intense smoke smell. there were smoked cigarettes - next to broken glass pieces - on the balcony floor, an empty cigarette box on the living room floor and ashes even on the bed sheets!! the girls (or guests of them?) had used the balcony walls to take out the cigarettes leaving black stains on the walls. the sink was full of used dishes, and next to garbage bags I was even left with a pair of shoes (!) to throw away. I was even left with quite some empty bottles of alcohol which paired with angry looks and remarks of my neighbors indicated there was a party or similar, although on the house rules I asked for respect for my neighbors. Overall, while doing my best to be a great host I felt that neither me or my apartment were respected, something which gave me apart from extra work for cleaning a very unpleasant feeling. I think that even education is too much to ask, there are at least Airbnb / house rules that should be respected, both for guests and hosts to allow everything to run smoothly and airbnb be a very pleasant experience. I hope Crystal sees this as a constructive feedback for her future trips and reservations.
Crystal & her friend were perfect guests.

Rien à redire, parfait !
It was a pleasure hosting Crystal and her friends during their stay in Nice. Crsytal did a very good job of communicating before and during her stay and I thank her for this.
they wre very excited and interested in making he most of thieir time here. As her friends arrived latter i never had the opportunity to meet them.
I would recommend Crystal to any host who is worried about renting to young adults.
Sounded like a wonderful person. Didn't get to meet her in person.
