Noted you are not happy with our room.
I think you didn't check our room listing before you reserved it for sure.
innspirit is just a guesthouse with 8 rooms here....not a HOTEL you expected for. Or you just focus on our better room rates and overlooked any other room details.
Right after you reserved the room on Sep 17 2015, I had sent a confirmation with our room details and location info to you. And I had tried to contact you several times to ensure you placed the right reservation, but we didn't receive any response from you.
Of course you will not get any refund after you checked-in the room.
