Hello, I'm a Belgian guy who ended up in Amsterdam after studying. I live here now 13 years. I studied Antroplogy, travelled a lot and have my own company now in Social media. Strange combination? ;) I know ..
It's really sad to see how you react on a not positive review to your house with telling lies and asking money from a lock i supposingly broke.
I think telling about my experience that the house smelled like a sewer from time to time (because of sewer problem that you a a person cannot repair) is vital information for other guests. Especially because you do not mention this on your information page. I agree that it was on a information sheet in your appartment but then i have already rented it. I did take a picture of this information sheet.
I had contact with airbnb on this matter and they even said that you cannot rent out your house if you have sewer problems.
I hope you soon realize that telling lies about guests will never aid in renting out your appartment more.
However for me i have many many good reviews of how clean my house is as a host and how clean i leave a house as a guest.
