I'm an interior designer working and living in center city. In my free time I like to play with my puppy, sweat it out at the gym and hit up estate sales.

We did not meet our host, however contact was as required & the check in/ out process with the friendly concierge was effortless.
We were only in town for 1 night and the time either side of this was very busy so we basically only showered & slept in the apartment and for this it was perfect. Although its a small studio there is also a very useable kitchen should you wish.
The apartment is in a great area in the city - I researched this before booking & was not disappointed. This area of Philadelphia alone could keep you entertained for a few days of bar hopping, and it is only a short walk to the large galleries etc. to the N. West & to the old city and Liberty attractions in the N. East.
We have never met Danielle, but everything went well with texting. She always replied after a few minutes. She was very helpful.
The apartment is very nice and very clean. We slept well in the bed.
Our stay at Danielle's was excellent. We arrived by train via New York and Danielle was on hand when we arrived to give us the keys. Her place is immaculate. Incredibly well looked after with every amenity you could possibly want from a short term stay. Every part of the apartment was lovely, perfectly prepared for guests with a homely feel. Location wise it's ideal. We walked to independence hall and Eastern State penitentiary (heavily recommend) from the apartment which was about 25 minutes or so but a very pleasant journey down Walnut Street which has restaurants , shops and everything you could need. Danielle's provided us with a fantastic place to come back to after a long day sightseeing and we both couldn't recommend it more !
It was just what we were expecting. Very easy transaction.
We stayed 1 night at Danielle's place and we like it. The appartement is small, but cozy. It has everything you need for a stay in Philadelphia, close to the major tourist attractions.
There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the area. We liked the Rittenhouse area.
We didn't actually meet Danielle, but she made arrangements for us to pickup the key at the front desk of the building, very convenient.
Would definitely recommend staying here.
The appartment is very nice and it is perfect to visit the city, walking. It is no necessary pick up the bus. We had a little problem with the keys and it was solved satifactorily. It was our first experience with airbnb and it was great. Thank very much. I would repeat, surely at Dannielle's place!!!!
Danielle's place is tiny but great. Very clean and cute in an amazing location. She is a very accommodating host with plenty of ideas about things to do in Philly. Be sure to have her show you to use the keys, as they require some strategic jiggling!
From the first time I contacted Danielle she was prompt to reply and always provided clarity or answers to my questions or concerns. There was literally zero hassle making the reservation, arriving, or departing. Danielle had the keys waiting for me at the front desk when I arrived a bit early. She also let me add a night last minute since my travel plans had changed.
The building is locked at night (an apartment building in a very safe and secure part of Philly) and we felt completely comfortable coming and going whenever. The apartment was plenty spacious for my brother and I, everything you would expect in a studio was present. Bose player, flatscreen, Wifi, comfortable bed, nice clean shower and bathroom were all big plusses as well. Overall we were thrilled with the apartment and building - feeling safe and secure in a new city is desirable. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and didn't mind showing me how to get in and out at night (the front door can be tricky but someone is always around) which made it even feel a little like a hotel, which was great.
Danielle provides ample space in a great location. Rittenhouse Square is around the corner, plenty of restaurants are walkable (we took public transportation into the city) and trains and buses are all close as well. Compared to hotel pricing and cleanliness, this was a steal. Hassle-free. I will definitely consider staying with Danielle again if I return to Philly.
This is a wonderful place, we loved the studio. It is super close to everything and exactly what we were looking for, would have loved to stay a few more days. Parking can be expensive, so keep that in mind.
Danielle's place was beautiful and in a lovely location in Philadelphia! We had no problems with access and really enjoyed exploring the city from her apartment. There are some great coffee shops, bars (try Tria on Walnut for great wine), and food ( el Rey for Mexican) nearby. Danielle was very helpful, communicative, and generous with her space! Thanks so much Danielle!
