The location is great. Right by Downtown Crossing and Park T stations.
The space has potential, but looks nothing like the photos. There is a double bed in front of a Murphy bed, so possible to have 2 doubles. There is a new Eams chair and ottoman, but the rest of the furniture (a bar stool, reclining chair, desk, and desk chair) look like they were street-shopped. The floor was quite dirty. I was going to sweep, but there was no broom to be found. The kitchen area was not clean...dirty blender and dried food residue on the fridge handle...yuck.
I paid less than the current rate, so I was ok (considering it was marathon weekend. If I had paid $260 I'd be quite disappointed.
My husband and I stayed at the Downtown loft for 2 nights in March 2013. Hua was very quick at communicating with us about our stay. She was also flexible with check-in and check-out times which we appreciated. The loft is in the perfect location for the Theater district and we walked to lots of bars and restaurants and Fanueil Hall easily.
We were happily surprised to find 2 queen size beds that were very comfy. Unfortunately, though, the pictures on the website show a couch and a dining table which were definitely not there. There was no where to sit except on the beds. We had a very busy visit in Boston, so we dealt with it ok, but if we had our kids with us, there would have been nowhere for them to sit or eat. There was also no TV, even though the ad says that there is cable- I guess you have to bring your own TV. Security of the building was good and the loft itself was nice and quiet. If Hua fixes the photos on the website, then people will know better what to expect. I hope she does. One added note: We mistakenly left 2 shirts hanging in a closet, and I mailed Hua some $ for postage, and she quickly mailed the shirts back to us in CT. They were expensive label items and we really appreciated getting them back!

Great location, flexible and responsive host, but bare bones accommodation for the price (the host said she was in the process of moving out). The apartment has two clean and comfortable full-size beds but little else (TV, desk, unshaded lamp, chair that has seen better days, one barstool). It was not ready until an hour after we arrived, although Hua did allow us to drop our bags and use the facilities. We did not inspect or use the building's shared facilities since we were staying only one night. Adequate as a place to sleep, but cluttered and without charm.
The apt was not very clean. But located conveniently and no problem with check-in/ check-out
There were no response (phone, email, voice message) by the host after I got into the apartament.
Perfect location close to the mile. Large clean apartment and building has excellent facilities. Hua was helpful and flexible on check in?
I staid here for 6 nights. Hua nicely showed me the apart and the building facilities that included a gym, swimming pool, tennis court, and a laundry.
The apart is on 32 level, you have a nice view of Chicago skycrapers. Overall, it was a confortable stay, I will come back again.
Hua stayed with us for two nights while she wrote the Bar exam in Boston. She is a pleasant person and easy to get along with. She was very busy preparing for her exams so we didn't interact with her that much but we would welcome her back again. I can highly recommend Hua as a guest!
We enjoyed hosting Hua during her stay in San Francisco! We would definitely host her again if she return!
Hua was an excellent guest--considerate, easygoing, and extremely respectful.
