Hi Darren! So nice of you to comment!! Hmmm, usually the air cools too much, I'm told, lol! Most guests just use the ceilings fans, and enjoy the beautiful breeze which sneaks through the shutters throughout the house. We NEVER use the air, the Princeville breeze is so amazing! Sometimes, the ceiling fans are too much as well! I will be happy to offer you a free night if you ever wish to return. Mahalo!
You are the best family to have as guests! You didn't even mention the toilet which broke and needed to be replaced, at the very beginning of your trip! You were so kind about it! Other guests would have hated having the visit of a plumber during their stay! I officially declare you, the Zen family! You are the nicest people, and you are getting a free night should you ever return! The remote access was also fixed, so we should no have any more concerns about that either for the upstairs TV. The Internet is the wild wild West!
Our home is beautiful and wonderfully well maintained. The pool is very updated and well maintained as well. The water is warm and always clean and wonderful, and we love swimming in our pool!
The place is tropical and yet, because of the amazing maintenance service we have, our home is free of any insects, such as ants. We also have a pest control service, and those guys come in timely and make sure that the place is perfect at all times. This person who wrote a review indicating the pool is outdated and there were ants in the kitchen. Right.
We have had some pretty amazing guests --read the other reviews, and the other type of guests... The worse type are the people who seem to be saying something nice, but then stab you in the back with comments which are less than accurate. Why? I don't know.
I immediately, when the person left, wrote the nicest comment about her. I always do, even if my white towels are now red, and I have to replace them! I would not speak badly of other people. Unless they are really, really bad guests. But then, I just ban them from returning.
I didn't read her posting until today, end of June. Weird, how a stroke of the mouse can really mess people up, for no reason.
Believe me, we have no ants, and the pool is wonderful. We do not have elaborated slides, tough. But a simple double room at the Westin is $400/$500 a day, if I remember correctly. They have slides, for that amount. The kids love our pool! The pest control maintenance is always at Tropical resorts such as ours, please believe me, no ants!! None Whatsoever.
I urge you to contact me and ask questions. Our home is luxurious, kids love our pool, and the place is free of insects! OMG, I hate insects, I would never let that happen to my home! Thank you for understanding how the Internet works...
