le logement correspondait à la description et était très confortable. on a pu garer la voiture très facilement.Mais la rue est très bruyante même la nuit et le quartier est assez excentré.
James was a great host! I would highly recommend him and his place to anyone traveling to SF. He was very responsive and welcoming and offered to help us with whatever we needed. His place was clean, spacious and so convenient! All around great experience.
Die Wohnung ist spitze! Liegt zwar etwas außerhalb aber dank der Ubahn Station gleich ums Eck ist man schnell in der City! Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen!
We loved staying at James' home, it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day of seeing the city. It is exactly as pictured, and even cuter in person. We loved all the TV options and the rooftop!
It's minutes from the nearest Muni stop and a fairly cheap cab ride away from downtown. We had no issues getting to and from downtown SF. The neighborhood is industrial but nice- we walked around quite a bit and it's very charming.
James was very welcoming and while we did not meet him, he responded very quickly whenever we had a question. He was a great host, and this is a great space for anyone visiting SF!
James was a great host; he was very informative and provided everything necessary for our stay prior to our arrival. The loft itself is a beautiful space with a lot of sunlight and plenty of open room. The location is perfect especially if you have a car; we were always able to park in front of the apartment building without any problems at all, which was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again!
We had a great stay in James' place and his communication was great throughout. The dogpatch area is quite cool, and I recommend checking out piccino cafe for a coffee!
My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights in February. The flat is just as described with everything you need to feel at home.
The immediate area is industrial but only 5 minutes from the nearest tram stop. We felt safe the whole time, even coming back late at night. There are some great cafes and restaurants within 10 minutes walk along 3rd Street. The Good Neighbour bakery makes amazing croissants - definitely worth a visit for breakfast.
The only downside to the apartment is how close it is to a flyover, which makes it noisy when the window is open but it's fine otherwise.
We didn't meet James but he responded very quickly to emails. Would highly recommend this place and the location.
James' place is wonderful. It's exactly as described and he's such a wonderful host and super accommodating. If you sleep with the window open you can expect a little SanFrancisco street noise otherwise it's a nice location - close to major freeways taking you north and south and parking was never an issue.
I stayed at James' place for almost a month. Right from the get go, James made sure I had everything I'd need. His place is really spacious and uniquely decorated. The area felt really safe, and I had no trouble with parking at all. The Muni is also a convenient 5 minute walk on 3rd Street, and of course Uber and Lyft can take you anywhere in the city. The condo is pretty close to the Mission too. Would definitely recommend staying here especially if you don't want to pay those exorbitant Airbnb prices staying just a mile away.
We had a great time in San Francisco, and James was an excellent host. The apartment was great, and everything was prepared for our stay. James also gave us tips and was always helpful. The neighbourhood was quiet, with a very easy access to downtown. We would defenitely recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in San Francisco.
James is very easy going, helpfull and clean, you can receive him with no doubt
I met Jayme a few years back through a mutual friend who lived down the street. The neighborhood is arguably the sunniest in San Francisco and if you know anything about sunshine in San Francisco you know it's hard to come by. This area is safe and quiet in the evening and there's plenty of tasty restaurants nearby such as Chez Maman, Goat Hill Pizza, Sunflower, Plow, etc..the list goes on and on.... The location is easy to get to and from (easiest with a car but public transportation runs here as well) and the views of downtown are the BEST around these parts. Jayme's place is clean and tidy and cheaper than the majority of hotels or sublets you may find on Craigslist or other websites. He's a trustworthy and stand-up guy and you really can't go wrong by staying here.
