This studio was a lifesaver. I was moving to the area and couldn't get into my permanent residence for a few weeks, and so stayed here. Wendy and her husband were very nice and had all of the pertinent information about staying there easily accessible. It was comfortable, had everything I needed (including a mini fridge and coffee pot), and I was able to come and go as needed.
Thanks Sarah! I hope you love living in this area as much as we do. Thanks for being a great guest on our property.
The place was as described and the hosts were friendly and private. It was centrally located to suit our needs perfectly. Wendy was an excellent communicator and kept me posted about road work and parking and was very thoughtful and conscientious.
Great place, nice neighborhood. We had a great time there! The house was set up nicely, very clean with everything you need, a big kitchen and bathroom and a giant T.V. that we watched world cup soccer on! We loved the access to the washer and dryer, it made our lives much easier. It is located close to Hwy 101 for easy access to Santa Barbara or Carpinteria. We were there to play polo and it was right around the corner from the polo club. Wendy was very nice and easy to deal with. Thumbs up!
We were a group of 3 with 2 dogs and fit easily into the small 1 bedroom and studio apartments in this home. The fenced yard was perfect for travelling with pets and the humans appreciated the hot tub and gas fire pit.
Wendy, the host, was very helpful and provided information on the area based on our interests. Carpinteria has beaches and hiking/biking trails nearby and nightlife entertainment was only 10-15 minutes drive away. I would definitely return and stay at this property again.
