Hey, I’m Jordan!

Winter Park, Florida, United States · Member since September 2011

Originally from Seattle, I moved to Orlando, FL at 29 to start over and get into the graphic design field. Now I'm a hybrid of the two as the Executive Assistant to a Multimillionaire Martial Arts Grandmaster! I manage his business along with the promotional materials and websites.

In my little free time I train in a Mixed Martial Arts Program and Capoeira! Whatever time is left over is typically spent with friends. I place a lot of importance on the connections between people and I am intrigued by the social systems we all take part in.

I'm semi-fanatical about the Dave Matthews Band, and will very likely be looking for rooms nearby an upcoming concert of theirs. Beyond that my tastes are pretty mainstream other than there being only a few country artists I would care to listen to.

I'm decently traveled having at least driven through every continental US State. I've also spent time in Alaska so I'm only missing Hawaii and Puerto Rico. In addition to spending a year in Japan, I've been to Mexico, Canada, Taiwan, South Korea, and Bali. Next on the list are Australia, Argentina, many different places in Europe, Brazil and (likely sooner than most since I have a number of friends there) the Dominican Republic.

Whenever I travel I enjoy finding the great local places to eat. I'm a sushi lover, and I my tastes span across a number of ethnicities, especially if it involves cheese or meat (especially steak.) I also like to try the best French Onion soup I can find wherever I am. Recently in New York I tried Irish Onion Soup for the first time and was also a fan.

I'm highly adaptable and relatively easy to please. I'm a huge fan of honesty even though it can be brutal at times. It is more important to me to recognize a situation and work with what's in front of me than to have a false sense of security. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. :)
