False feedback ! The dozens of positive reviews about my flat and me speak for myself!!! The listing Amaris is complaining about is 100% the same that so many airbnb guests gave very postitive reviews about. My reputation speaks for herself!!!
Amaris is the worst guest i've had!!! This guest is the only true bad experience i have ever had with airbnb after hosting dozens of guests :( This is also the first bad review i have ever written !!! She arrived in my flat wanting to complain and find problems where there weren't any!!! She made unprecise, unfair and false complaints and criticism and was unwilling to let me address the issues she raised up. She did not want me to fix the alleged issues and did not even reply to the emails that i sent questioning her complaints when i inimically took her complaints as legitimate right upon her arrival. When it became obvious that her complaints where unprecise and false, she changed them to new ones. She is not welcome in my place and i don't recommend her to airbnb! Watch out everyone !!!!
She is a person that likes and wants to complain. Below a few examples:
-Unfortunatelly my cat died over a year ago. While Amaris was under the impression that i had a pet she complained my flat smelled of dirty pet. When she realized that i did not have a pet any more, she changed her complaint and said my place smelled like fish !
-She arrived late at my flat, while i waited for her in the living room i drank orange juice in a tetrapack box that was discarted in the living room trash can. This single paper box was enough for her to state that found the flat uppon her arrival with "trash on the livingroom".
-After her initial complaints, while i still did not know her and still believed she was a normal person, i wrote her two emails asking more details about the issues she addressed. I also passed by the apartment 4 times and left her notes. Never got a single reply ! She did not want her complaints to be addressed, she wanted to complaint.
-She never mentioned to my any hot water issue. If true, this could easily have been fixed!
-Bathroom cabnit was full of toilet paper
-Other (satisfied) guests left the day Amaris arrived and obviously the bedsheets and towels they had used had ben washed in the laundry and were still wet. I don't have a dryer and the laundry hangs to dry. To me , this is a sign that cleanness
-She never complained to me about broken chair !
-I could go on with more examples, but i think i have already made my point :)
People that work in the service industry once in a while have to deal with people like Amaris. A customer that has some kind o issue in their personal life and see in the service provider the opportunity to unleash their frustrations on someone that has to listen to them , and exercise their desire to complain. I believe this is the case here.
My many, many , many positive reviews speak for me and my lovely penthouse!
