We, along with our golden retriever Sprocket, are owners and artists at Dog Bark Park. This photo was taken in our chainsaw carving studio. We welcome your visit.
The Dog Bark Park Inn was a great experience! Aside from the joy of staying in a giant beagle, the room was clean well kept and very comfortable. There were so many baked goodies, cookies, homemade granola (that was super delicious) eggs, coffee, and plenty of other treats. We were able to watch a few fireworks from the patio and enjoyed seeing the fields of wheat and canola.
The park is right off the highway, but at night there was hardly any traffic. The place is definitely a whimsical and worthwhile adventure. Frances and Dennis were friendly, available and very easy to deal with. I definitely suggest stopping by Sweet Willie for anyone who's in the area, or for any dog lover who wants a quirky and fun getaway.
The Dog Bark Park was a wonderful place to stay. Frances and Dennis were very welcoming and the the Dog Bark Park was whimsical and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay and had a great evening meal at the restaurant just down the street.
Did not stay here ... Still have yet to receive our money from AirB&B :( 3 weeks later
Staying at the Dog Bark Park was fantastic. Frances and Dennis are wonderful hosts, and it was a pleasure talking to them. Dennis makes wooden dogs with his chainsaw in the little store next to the dog house. I cannot wait to receive the poodle i ordered.
The dog house is surrounded by wheat fields in every direction. I never saw so much wheat in my life. Staying in the dog house is a unique experience and surely worth going all the way to Idaho. The fridge in the house was stuffed with goodies, and there were little dog shaped cookies waiting for me on the bed. If you have kids they will love sleeping in the dog's head.
What can i say, i loved every moment i spent there.
