This guest caused a huge mess in my unit and also managed to get a refund from airbnb, but stayed in my unit the entire time. This is a scam artist, BEWARE!!!! I have never had this kind of an experience before. She disconnected my refrigerator on purpose causing the entire ice box to melt all over the refrigerator and flood the whole kitchen. There was also spoiled food left all over the kitchen counter and refrigerator and trash left everywhere, plastic utensils and paper towels where left on the stove top. It was absolutely disgusting. These things were done with an obvious malicious intent, as everything was done against my check-out guidelines. First of all, it is written and very clear in my ad that the condo is under full renovation! Therefore, it is at the guest's discretion to decide to stay and deal with all the potential obstacles that may come along with a construction site. I have never such complaints, until Sarah. There was never any communication with me about it anything and no way to reach this guest. She never even tried to reach out to me with any problems for me to try and fix. She never answered her phone or responded to emails. I have never been a part of anything like this before. If you were so unhappy I would imagine you would want to leave and request a refund. What I can't believe is that she stayed in a place that she claimed was terrible and managed to get airbnb to send you a refund. That is what a scam artist does. If you hate a place, then you should leave it, not stay there for free!
Sarah and guests were a delight to have has guests in my 2-bedroom condo. They left the condo is great shape and were a pleasure to communicate with.
