Beth was great. She is super accommodating and friendly. Staying at her place is easy and comfortable. I would definitely stay again! I love the town of Warren. So charming!
Beth was very nice. She was communicating very well with us. We arrived late on the night. The house was comfortable, clean and quiet. The location is perfect, very close from the park. Finally we had a good breakfast. A real bnb ! Coffee, orange jus, fruits andyoghurt with seeds. So Beth thank you.
Beth is a fantastic host, very welcoming and helpful with knowledge of local restaurants and activities. Room was great, nice and clean; exactly as advertised. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!
Staying at Beth's place was very relaxing. It is well situated to enjoy the town. And the house is really nice and homely.
Beth is a wonderful and caring host. She made us feel completely at home. Thank you!
I had a great overnight stay in Beth's home. Beth is a wonderful host - she is easy to talk to, able to recommend places to grab food, and very accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable, and it was a good stopping point between western New York and Pittsburgh.
If I pass through the area again, I would definitely return! (Thanks Beth!)
Thanks Kat! You were a lovely guest and I hope our paths cross again someday!
My husband & I stayed at Beth's lovely home in the quaint town of Warren. We arrived in the evening while Beth was out kayaking, which was ironic since we arrived at her home with two kayaks on our roof.
She told us how to get in and left us a lovely note in the kitchen.
The home is very inviting and the front porch adds to the small town charm. We spent every evening on the swing listening to music while waving hello to the neighbors on her block.
Our room was great with hardwood floors, easy access to the bathroom, air conditioning, and a great view of the neighborhood.
Her breakfasts in the morning were AWESOME with granola and yogurt and fresh berries. The perfect start to a day of hiking.
She was like our personal concierge and recommended cafes and ice cream shops, & hiking and swimming spots!
Her home is a short walk to all the shops & cafes on Main Street. We spent hours touring the historic district and staring at the formal gardens around the huge homes that lined the many brick streets and parks in town.
We are hosts of an AirBNB property and we also stay a lot at AirBNBs and this was one of our favorite trips thanks to Beth and her love for life and everything adventurous!!!
You guys were the best guests! I really enjoyed your company and am thankful for your advice and friendship!
Everything was lovely. Beth was very welcoming. The room/house/neighborhood was great. Highly recommended.
Thanks Virginia! Your book tips were very helpful. Thank you so much for sharing!
I enjoyed this stay pretty much. Good place.
My wife, our two children (a 6 yo and a 1 yo), and I stayed at Beth's home for one night. Beth was warm and kind toward all of us. She was polite and went out of her way on multiple occasions that we all were comfortable.
The rooms are exactly like shown in the pics. The locality is beautiful. The drive near Warren was amazing.
Beth is someone you want to hang out with. She is fun and engaging with a great sense of humor.
It's very happy experience hosting Brad, Beth and their family. The communications regarding time of check in went very well. The rooms were kept very clean. And I enjoyed talking to them even though it was quite brief. They are fun-loving, easy-going and respectful guests. Highly recommended!
I have truly liked and enjoyed every AirBnB guest I've had in my place. But this is the first time I've had a negative experience with one of them.
Brad and his wife don't seem to understand the AirbnB concept of sharing someone's private home. They woke me up each morning by talking loudly. They went into my linen storage area without asking and took out towels from there instead of using the towels I'd set out for them (not that I care that much, I don't have separate towels for me and my guests, but it seemed intrusive, disrespectful, and just weird). And they complained (here on AirBnB, not to me in person) about clutter, although 1) It's very mild and I mention it in my description, 2) They were neither staying in nor using that particular room - their bedroom and the bathrooms were clean and uncluttered, 3) They were paying less for my place than they'd pay for a hostel - it's not a 5-star hotel for gosh sakes, and 4) They could see me staying up into the wee hours every night trying desperately to finish doing my taxes - it takes a really not-nice person not to take some pity on someone in that situation and give them a break. But instead, they gave me only 1 star for cleanliness, thus lowering my overall average a lot and potentially negatively affecting my (much-needed) earnings here on AirBnB. I felt that that was mean-spirited and unfair.
Sadly, Brad is the only AirBnB (our Couchsurfing, for that matter, which I've also used as both host and guest) guest I've ever had that I would not enthusiastically welcome back.
