Our stay with Beth was excellent. She was quick to answer any questions we had. She really works hard to make you feel at home. Her home is very well cared for and comfortable. If we are ever in the area we will definitely stay with her again.
Beth was awesome. My work trip made me MUCH later than I anticipated, but she still was increadibly accomodating. Cool back porch, nice snacky foods as a breakfast bonus to go with the coffee. I would come back just to hang out.
The place and Beth were wonderful. Although I didn't get to meet Beth, she was great in answering any questions I had and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. The room was cozy and very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the energy and warmth of the house, it felt very homee. Thank you Beth for a great experience!
Beth's charming home is in a very quiet, safe neighborhood, and was easy to find. The best thing about it is that it's located near a beautiful national park with plenty of fun, outdoorsy things to do.
My girlfriend and I were looking for a three day weekend getaway that was within a 4 hour drive from Toronto and our stay at Beth's did not disappoint. The room was was great and and we felt at home using the amenities of the house. Beth was also very friendly and provided us with plenty of information in regards to the local attractions that Warren had to offer. If you are a nature lover, I would definitely recommend staying at Beth's to take advantage of the Allegheny National Forest.
2 Story Family Home
Beth is perfectly suited to anything related to hospitality. She could efficiently run an international hotel with grace and panache. Thank goodness she has chosen just to open her home to airBnBers since she is the quintessential people person, considerate, open, charming, and just a tad on the quirky side.
Her post explains it all. I felt at home the moment she answered the door bell with a big hello like I knew her since we were kids. Next thing I knew I was sitting in the kitchen chatting while she baked.
The house is better as it appears in the pictures. Beth has delightfully eccentric talent for décor, tastefully combining collectibles and family memorabilia with comfortable furniture. I found myself smiling every few minutes at some clever touch. A tiny drone on the end table, a pillow with a witty saying...you'll see.
In the bedroom there was a big old comfy bed you gotta climb up into and plenty of pillows so I could just the right one. The bathroom sports a view of the perfectly mowed backyard and an antique clawfoot tub. Of course, what else but a lava lamp for a nightlight!
The deck overlooks that perfectly groomed (by Beth) lawn and the scent of a huge lilac bush drifts through the air. It would have been absolutely perfect with the fireflies, but it was May, so I understand. Notice in the photos, yep, that is a nice fat batch of hops growing up the fence.
The neighborhood is pleasant, quiet and safe. The kind of town where people can forget to lock the doors and don't have to get up in the night to check. A home town.
I woke up the next morning to find a note from Beth telling me that the coffee's in the French Press and there's water in the teakettle on the stove ready to boil. A place at the kitchen counter was set with cloth napkins, fruit, homemade (of course) snack bars and a plastic baggie to take the extras for the road.
I would highly recommend Beth's place where you can just be yourself with at a Family Home. I wanna go back! I did not want to leave!
My stay here was most comforting. Beth made me feel very welcomed, was very friendly, great sense of humor, very sociable yet allowed me privacy whenever I chose and was very attentive to anything I needed. I arrived at dinner time and enjoyed some great homemade cooking. When I left, she provided me with some morning snacks & fruit for the road. Beth goes out of her way to make you feel at home. The place is very nice with several areas to relax (back/front porch, living area), practicall all amenities one can think of. The neighborhood is very peaceful and nice as well. I recommend staying with Beth to anyone driving through the area or even if you have to go out of your way a bit, it is well worth it. Thanks Beth for an awesome stay. Gilbert

Washroom is also very clean.
Location is good to around Allegheny forest.
I want to recomend who look for stay.
Beth was great and her house is lovely and really comfortable. I just stopped for one night on a road trip and didn't get there until 2 am. Beth was extremely accommodating and made sure I was settled. She left me tea, home made energy bars, and fruit in the morning. The area is beautiful, although I didn't get to spend much time there. Would love to come back! Highly recommended.
It's very happy experience hosting Brad, Beth and their family. The communications regarding time of check in went very well. The rooms were kept very clean. And I enjoyed talking to them even though it was quite brief. They are fun-loving, easy-going and respectful guests. Highly recommended!
I have truly liked and enjoyed every AirBnB guest I've had in my place. But this is the first time I've had a negative experience with one of them.
Brad and his wife don't seem to understand the AirbnB concept of sharing someone's private home. They woke me up each morning by talking loudly. They went into my linen storage area without asking and took out towels from there instead of using the towels I'd set out for them (not that I care that much, I don't have separate towels for me and my guests, but it seemed intrusive, disrespectful, and just weird). And they complained (here on AirBnB, not to me in person) about clutter, although 1) It's very mild and I mention it in my description, 2) They were neither staying in nor using that particular room - their bedroom and the bathrooms were clean and uncluttered, 3) They were paying less for my place than they'd pay for a hostel - it's not a 5-star hotel for gosh sakes, and 4) They could see me staying up into the wee hours every night trying desperately to finish doing my taxes - it takes a really not-nice person not to take some pity on someone in that situation and give them a break. But instead, they gave me only 1 star for cleanliness, thus lowering my overall average a lot and potentially negatively affecting my (much-needed) earnings here on AirBnB. I felt that that was mean-spirited and unfair.
Sadly, Brad is the only AirBnB (our Couchsurfing, for that matter, which I've also used as both host and guest) guest I've ever had that I would not enthusiastically welcome back.
