Beth Conquer, 56 year old from Pennsylvania. I enjoy travel and meeting new people. I am a big fan of craft brew beer and love having guests.
Had a wonderful stay with Beth in Warren PA. The home is lovely and Beth is a super host! Fresh picked blueberries, homemade cookies and coffee were a treat and the shower was perfect after a day on the road. This was a great stop on my journey and I would certainly recommend staying at this home!
We had a great time at Beth's place in Warren. Beth is a super host. She makes you feel at home right away. Also our two children liked the stay in Warren. Beth gives you plenty of suggestions for what to do or eat in the neighborhood. And the nature in Allegheny is beautiful.
We also had great times sitting on the backporch eating and talking. We definitely would stay there anytime.
The stay in Beth place was great and Beth is a superhost. The area of allegeny is great and the place of Warren is very nice.
My husband and I visited Warren for a friends wedding. This was our first time using Airbnb and Beth made us feel extremely welcomed and comfortable. She went above and beyond her host duties, giving us a ride to and from the reception, hanging out with us to drink some wine on her beautiful back deck underneath the stars, and even cooking us breakfast in the morning! We were so pleased with our stay and got to know a lovely woman. I should also mention that our room was clean and the bed was SO comfortable. If we ever venture to Warren again, we would definitely do our best to make it so that we could stay with Beth again.
Beth was great! I was there for a golf tournament and stayed for a week. The house was comfortable and quiet and in a nice area. Warren is a neat town near Allegheny National Park with nice scenery.
The room is in an awesome house well decorated, well organized and clean. The neighborhood is very safe and there are only detached houses surrounded by green gardens. We used the kitchen and there were a lot of kitchenware. You can really rest and stay calm in the room because during the night it's super quiet. Beth is a terrific hostess, always ready to answer your questions and help in everything she can. Beth's place was by far the best place we had been during our trip to the North-East of the USA!
Came in for a quick night. Place was great and Beth is super friendly.
I enjoyed staying at Beth's comfy home. I didn't require much really, but it was a warm welcome to a small town and a great night sleep before I had to continue my journey. Had a few craft beers and some pub food at a great bar short walk from the house. Overall enjoyed my time in a small and quiet Warren, PA.
Beth was a great host. The house is charming and the bed is super comfortable.
Best. Shower. Ever.
Our schedules conflicted and we only saw her briefly before leaving on Sunday, but Beth is friendly and bubbly and lots of fun -- we wish we had more time to get to know her.
We really enjoyed our stay; this was my second time for my son and I to stay here. Both times was while bicycle touring, Beth is such a great host, very accommodating. Breakfast was superb, love the new bathroom with rain shower.
Wasn't fortunate enough to meet Beth yet I highly recommend her to all. Clean and considerate. Prompt in all correspondence and timely in both arrival and departure.
Beth is someone you want to hang out with. She is fun and engaging with a great sense of humor.
It's very happy experience hosting Brad, Beth and their family. The communications regarding time of check in went very well. The rooms were kept very clean. And I enjoyed talking to them even though it was quite brief. They are fun-loving, easy-going and respectful guests. Highly recommended!
I have truly liked and enjoyed every AirBnB guest I've had in my place. But this is the first time I've had a negative experience with one of them.
Brad and his wife don't seem to understand the AirbnB concept of sharing someone's private home. They woke me up each morning by talking loudly. They went into my linen storage area without asking and took out towels from there instead of using the towels I'd set out for them (not that I care that much, I don't have separate towels for me and my guests, but it seemed intrusive, disrespectful, and just weird). And they complained (here on AirBnB, not to me in person) about clutter, although 1) It's very mild and I mention it in my description, 2) They were neither staying in nor using that particular room - their bedroom and the bathrooms were clean and uncluttered, 3) They were paying less for my place than they'd pay for a hostel - it's not a 5-star hotel for gosh sakes, and 4) They could see me staying up into the wee hours every night trying desperately to finish doing my taxes - it takes a really not-nice person not to take some pity on someone in that situation and give them a break. But instead, they gave me only 1 star for cleanliness, thus lowering my overall average a lot and potentially negatively affecting my (much-needed) earnings here on AirBnB. I felt that that was mean-spirited and unfair.
Sadly, Brad is the only AirBnB (our Couchsurfing, for that matter, which I've also used as both host and guest) guest I've ever had that I would not enthusiastically welcome back.
