A little about us:
I’m a 29 year old nursing student living in Copenhagen. I live with my boyfriend, Charlie in a very big and light apartment on two floors.
When I am not studying or working at the hospital I am working on the many projects I have going on, such as knitting, baking, playing my ukulele, drawing marvel superheroes, getting stuck in to a good book, doing yoga or painting. With the long cold and cosy winters in Denmark, it’s good to have many hobbies!
In summertime I love swimming in the sea and barbequing with friends and family in the many parks near by. We both like cooking and eating, music, experiencing cultural events and spending time with family and friends.
A little background history:
Charlie and I met in South Africa some 9 years ago and since then we have been living together in both the UK and Denmark.
Charlie and I lived in Brighton in the UK for 3 years before quitting our jobs and flat and going on an adventure that took us volunteering as English teachers in a remote village in Nepal. Then to the Punjab of India, Hong Kong and from there (only by train!) we made it to Copenhagen, stopping at several different places in China, Mongolia and Russia. We have now settled for the time being in Copenhagen, but we are planning our new adventure!
A little about trust:
We would like to get to know you before you arrive, so please write something about yourself, what your plans are for your stay and how many of you will be staying. Before you arrive we would like to have a quick chat with you on the phone, which will also give us a chance to answer any questions you may have. We look forward to meeting you.
