I am a Canadian, married to a beautiful chocolatier and studying psycholinguistics at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta. (I also help out at my wife chocolate shop sometimes.. search Google for "Kerstin's Chocolates").
We have two children, Darius (11) and Ilona (5). We are lifelong travellers and have lived in Asia for many years. I speak English, French, Japanese, and Spanish.
I have been to some amazing places in my travels, including the peak of Mount Cameroun, the ancient silk road city of Kashgar, the cacao plantations of the Dominican Republic and the Grottes de Niaux in the Pyrenees!
I am a very tidy traveller, and my motto is "Take only pictures, leave only footprints". My motto for my stays with AirBNB is "Leave everything as you have found it."
I have not used AirBnB before, but I have stayed at condos in Mexico through VRBO before and enjoyed the experience.
