Nasz pobyt w Rzymie trwal 8 dni i sluzyl zwiedzaniu miasta i odpoczynkowi.
Apartament okazal sie zgodny z opisem, czysty, przytulnie urzadzony z pelnym wyposarzeniem kuchni w urzadzenia gospodarcze i srodki czystosci.

Rosaria and Maurizio were very helpful and caring in preparing my stay and their place was exactly how described and made my stay in Rome very comfortable, there was not only the balcony for me as a smoker and the dishwasher, but also enough blankets as the first days were rainy and a little bit chilly in Rome. So the apartement offers everything for a good and independent stay even in winter time.
It is located very, very close to the metro station valle aurelia, which makes it a perfect starting point for exploring Rome: many of the points of interests are located at the stations of Linea A, f.e.: Ottaviano (Vatican Museum) - 2 stops, Spagna (Spanish Steps) - 5 stops, Barberini (Trevi fountain) - 6 stops.
The quarter Aurelia is more a living area, so not a hot spot, but everything such as supermarket or grocery store just around the corner. If you are looking for an independent place, Rosarias and Maurizios apartement is my first choice.
Thanks for making my first travel to Rome to very comfortable!
Yes, it was very nice.
The apartment was as described and has everything you need for your stay. It is very close to a Metro Station, so you can get fast to most of the famous sights, you can walk to the Vatican city. The neighbourgh let us in and war really friendly, he waited for as, even though we were a bit late.
Overall a good place to stay for a short visit in the Eternal City :)
This purple oasis is just perfect. We felt very welcomed and it was a great starting point to explore the wonderful Rome. The metro is just across the street, within 2 stops you're at the Vatican and within 8 stops at the central station. The apartment has everything what you need. A friend of Maurizio and Rosaria let us in and showed us around. He doesn't speak English, but is just so friendly that you will understand him! So all in all I highly recommend this place!
This place was perfect. Easy to find and right on the subway A line so it only took minutes to get to the coliseum and the Vatican. The place looks just like the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay at what we called "The purple palace".
My fiance and I stayed at Maurizio and Rosaria's apartment for three nights and overall we loved it! The studio itself is spacious and well-equipped. Bath robes were a nice touch, and it was nice having a balcony to enjoy a glass of wine and some snacks. And although we didn't mind, one thing to keep in mind is that the bed at this apartment is very hard, so it might take some getting used to if you normally sleep on a softer bed. The shower is also very small (I am 5'0 tall and around 110 pounds and I even bumped into the shower walls!).
As for location, whether or not it is ideal depends on what you're looking for. The studio is literally right across the street from the Valle Aurelia metro station, which is about four to five stops away from the Colosseum (or about a 20-minute ride) and the main downtown area. This is nice if (a) you want to be close to the metro station, (b) do not really plan on going to the main tourist area everyday, and (c) you prefer a quieter area. We ended up going to the main tourist area frequently, and although it wasn't too bad, it would have been more convenient to just have stayed in the tourist area. As for proximity to the Vatican, it is about two stops away and very easy to get to. If you are arriving from the Leonardo da Vinci airport, a cab ride costs about 50 euros.
If you're looking for some food, the studio is very close to the highly-rated Pizzarium. It's only a 10-15 min walk and we ended up going there three times during our stay! If you're looking to purchase some food to eat at the studio, there is also a decently sized grocery store that takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to. The store also has toiletries if you need anything, but you will find some soap and shampoo provided for you at the apartment!
One last thing I will mention about staying at this studio is the check-in process. Maurizio and Rosaria are great at keeping in touch, but the day I arrived, it was not clear how I was supposed to meet them or get the keys. I had read the past reviews where reviewers mentioned their neighbor letting them in, so I ended up just calling their number and their neighbor gave us the keys and a tour of the studio. Their neighbor is very very kind, and although he spoke little English, the transfer went smoothly. Maurizio and Rosaria later apologized for the lack of information about the check-in process.
We had the most pleasant stay in Maurizio's & Rosaria's apartment. The apartment is very well located right next to the Valle Aurelia metro station. Maurizio and the helpful neighbour Augusto handed us the keys and explained all the necessary details. They were very welcoming and even made us some espresso :)
The apartment itself looks just like in the pictures and fits into the description. Dishwasher and washing machine were easy to use, and there are manuals for the appliances in the kitchen. Wi-Fi worked very well and TV offered us many interesting programs (of course dubbed in Italy). The bed was very firm and therefore suitable for everyone.
Hint for the next guests: walking down the Via Angelo Emo you'll find grocery shop iVegan specialized in vegan and gluten-free food. Walking upwards and then turning right to Viale di Valle Aurelia and then walking to the end of the street you'll find a medium-sized supermarket Conad (lots of great food and cheap wine)
