I've spent the better part of my post college life pursuing a career in the wine industry. Most recently, I joined a local wine retailer and advisory firm after moving to California and working at the world-renowned restaurant known as The French Laundry, where I worked as a sommelier on their wine team for 4 years.
Prior to joining the French Laundry, I shared my passion for and extensive knowledge of fine and rare wines as a sommelier and wine educator in the Midwest.
I also write a monthly column for St. Louis magazine entitled "Liquid Assets" covering all things related to wine, beer, spirits and cocktails.
I love to travel, eat at new restaurants and try new wines, beers and cocktails whenever possible. Napa Valley gives me the opportunity to be next to the things I love when I not traveling to learn even more.
I try to keep my place clean and stock the apt. with the essentials that I would want if I were traveling outside Napa.
