Two years ago, I moved to San Francisco after a lifetime in NYC. I travel a lot and love staying in Airbnb's.

Renee was a great host. The apartment was just as described and the view was absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed the outside patio and the convenience of the location to great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to San Francisco.
The location is phenomenal and the view is simply breathtaking. Renee could not have been more accomodating and kind. The only disappointment was that we could not stay longer!!!
I can think of so many adjectives that would describe Renee's place, but none even come close to painting a true picture. The view, deck, neighborhood and proximity to many great spots in the city were just a few of the highlights. Only wish it was mine!!
Renee's home was very nice. There are many things to do in the neighbourhood. She was a great host.
A comfy place in a mythic location with a jaw-dropping view. You climb to the top of Telegraph Hill, duck into a hidden alley, descend a steep staircase and emerge into an apartment carved into the side of the cliff. The deck overlooks the Bay, the piers, the city -- but everything seems close and immediate. We really didn't feel the need to leave. An iridescent pink hummingbird buzzed us; the famous parrots arrived in the afternoon and nibbled on a next door tree. But eventually we got out, walked down the Filbert steps and ate at the Ferry Building. Later we wandered in the other direction, to North Beach and Chinatown.
The apartment is not luxurious but perfectly comfortable. The kitchen is small but modern and adequately equipped. The wooden floors were attractive and spotless. In Renee's absence, the two cats served as genial hosts -- one outgoing and affectionate, the other more reserved.
We will certainly stay here the next time we are back in SF.
Amazing place, Close to everything. Great deck with cool city views. Highly recommended. The cats are cool too
We stayed for 2 weeks at Renee's and Justin's apartment during the winter holidays.
The communication with Renee was very easy. It only took a few messages and a couple of emails to arrange everything.
The apartment itself is great, with amazing bay view (I kind of enjoyed the 5 a.m. waking due to jet lag as I got to watch the sun rise over the bay several times).
It's fully equipped with the TV being the only exception.
The location is central, with lots of bus and metro routes around that take you around SF.
It's on the top of the hill which might be a bit challenging at some point. Renting a car is not really helping. Parking is a nightmare. But you don't really need it anyway unless you want to take a road trip.
I would recommend this apartment for an as-close-to-local-as-you-can-get experience!
Renee and Justin were great hosts and left us everything we needed to enjoy our stay at the apartment. The apartment itself is nice and bright with great views and a great balcony. Prepare to be climbing some hills if you don't have a car but everything you need is within walking distance. There are great restaurants in North Beach and you can take the stairs down to the Embarcadero. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!
Renee and Justin were wonderful to rent from - very communicative and nice! We loved the apartment - very clean and the views are outstanding! We also got a great workout by taking the stairs up Telegraph hill each day and we walked up to Coit tower which was fun too. They are in a great location - we walked everywhere from there but it's also easy to take the bus as well. We highly recommend this rental!!
Staying in Renee's apartment was a great experience. The structure was built in the 20's so comes with its share of quirks, but these only added to the overall experience. A few of my favorite features were the wraparound windows, incredibly comfortable couch and of course the large deck with views of the bay bridge. We saw a flock of parrots fly by on several occasions and had hummingbirds fly around the deck every day. The sunsets are quite a treat.
The bedroom is quite comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Laundry machines are available in her building. The living room is spacious and connects directly to a light filled dining space.
Renee's booking went through without a hitch because she is wonderfully responsive. She was also a great guest! Would definitely host her again anytime!
Renee and family were a well-oiled machine! They landed, hit the city and were gone in a flash. And left nothing behind but a nice note in our guestbook! The kind of travelers, let alone people, it is nice to know are in the world.
Renee was a fantastic guest. She and her family treated my home as if it were their own- I welcome them back any time!
Great guest. Clear communication during the booking process. I was out of town and didn't actually get to meet Renee, but my apartment was in the same condition as I left it. Bonus points for taking care of my cat!
Guest was tidy and observed house rules.
Renee was an excellent guest. Would have her back anytime.
